Pomeranceboutique Recensioni

bought my first ever rolex of these guys ordered and delivery next day i could not have asked for a better experience perfect professional and really helpful highly recommend. takes the worry of of buying online i’m over the moon thankyou so much for my watch it’s truly beautiful. Elliot it was a pleasure to deal with you thanks for 👍

Bought a Rolex Deepsea from Pomerance Boutique (and visited their premises in Canary Wharf). Lovely watch and a very straightforward and pleasant experience dealing with Stephen and Elliot.

I purchased a Rolex from Elliot many years ago and remembered the excellent service I was afforded, I was therefore delighted when I found the watch I had been searching for on the Pomerance Boutique website. A couple of emails and a Part Exchange was agreed which was completed by post due to the distance involved. Completing a high value transaction in this manner can be quite daunting but the whole process was very slick.
When Elliot received the watch I was part exchanging, he realised the leather strap on the watch I was purchasing would be too small for my wrists and duly went into London to purchase a larger strap from Rolex and fitted it prior to sending it to me. It's that kind of honesty and service that I find quite rare these days.
As read in other reviews, Elliot most certainly goes the extra mile. You are certainly in safe hands with Pomerance Boutique. Thanks Elliot.

Just bought my first Rolex from Elliot at POMERANCE BOUTIQUE, via CHRONO24, and what a great experience it was. Elliot was very helpful and very quick to answer my questions. The watch was received two days later, perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition.
A professional dealer you can trust and one I will deal with again. Highly recommended. Many thanks

I had the pleasure of dealing with Elliot from Pomerance Boutique who was on hand to answer my questions with great professionalism even out of hours. Excellent communication and made the process simple. Very happy!

Great service, really attentive, super easy to deal with, watch was perfect and price was very competitive.
In short- perfect seller I’ll be back for my next purchase.
Thank you!

It was great dealing with Steve at Pomerance Boutique. They have a lovely office in Canary Wharf. Would definitely go back to these guys for my next watch.

Well done Stephen. 10/10 on building a relationship with a client. Critical, yet something many people don’t get right.

I cannot recommend any higher than 5*, but if I could I would. There was nothing about my experience that I could fault. Friendly knowledgeable staff (Stephen and Elliot), offering a very personalised and responsive service. My expectations were met totally, plus more. No need to go any further than Pomerance Boutique now I have found them.

Grate service & communication, highly recommended.

Pleasure doing business with this company.

Thank you

The watch was exactly what they were advertising, extremely knowledgeable & helpful too. Stephen made the transaction very easy & I bought with confidence. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Really good customer experience with Steve at Pomerance. Couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Also really experienced, knowledgable, quick to deal with queries and a pleasure to deal with all round.

Superb service as always, especially when hunting down those hard to get pieces that they can get in a matter of days where other high end showrooms struggle to locate in a year

Elliott offered a really great service. When we initially spoke he was honest and straight forward and then subsequently delivered on exactly what he said he would. 100% would use him again and recommend him. Thanks Elliott for the service.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a Rolex Sea Dweller from Pomerance. Their knowledge, impeccable watch quality, and overall service exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I entered their boutique, Stephen (the boutique manager) demonstrated a deep understanding of the Rolex Sea Dweller, providing valuable insights into its history, technical specifications, and significance within the brand's lineup.

The purchasing process was a pleasure. The watch I purchased was in pristine condition, meticulously inspected to ensure its quality. Pomerance's attention to detail was evident, as they presented the timepiece in its original packaging, adding to the overall experience.

I appreciate Pomerance's commitment to authenticity. They provided me with all the necessary documentation and certifications, assuring me of the watch's genuine origin.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Pomerance for anyone looking to purchase a Rolex or any luxury timepiece. Their knowledgeable staff, impeccable watch quality, and outstanding customer service create an exceptional buying experience. Pomerance has earned my trust and appreciation, leaving me completely satisfied with my purchase.

Brilliant service from Pomerance Boutique! Made an enquiry on a bank holiday, regardless of this Elliot responded quickly and was very helpful with any questions I had. Worth the travel to be greeted by Steve who again gave us a fantastic service. Couldn't fault from start to finish! Thank you.
