Pomeranceboutique Recensioni

Exceptional service and very personal. Response time is brilliant.

The clear communication skills and level of service from Elliot is nothing short of exceptional. Pomerance-Boutique have always provided my family with great customer service and an experience that is second to none. In particular a stunning diamond ring which Elliot designed meticulously for my wife on our 10 year wedding anniversary. I have recommended friends and family to Pomerance Boutique on numerous occasions for both buying and selling. Keep doing what your doing guys!

Excellent company to deal with, very pleasant and easy to deal with, recommended

I have bought and sold watches since 2001 including watches from 10k to 100k with various boutiques and retail outlets. Pomerance is by far the best experience from a retailer that I have experienced. We first class knowledge of all products and prices all in a very relaxed, comfortable and safe environment of there secure office in Canary Wharf. Thanks to both Elliott and Steve for there excellent customer service with a no pressure selling philosophy. In all such a pleasurable experience I won’t go anywhere else going forward with such a great watch sourcing service why would I want to!!
Thanks guys

As I live in Tenerife and this was my first pre owned Rolex purchase, I felt a little wary buying online from a dealer in UK. I shouldn’t have worried! After speaking to a few dealers, I found Pomerance who were simply fantastic. They took time to speak with me on FaceTime to discuss in detail my purchase and ensure I had complete confidence in the transaction. Thank you Stephen for all your help and patience. I cannot recommend you and your company highly enough. I will definitely come to see you in 2022 on my next uk visit. Regards Steve Williams Tenerife

Excellent service, purchased a preowned rolex date over the phone, payment was easily done, the item was posted to me that day, and delivered to me the following morning, the watch was very well packaged and exactly as described in perfect working condition.
Highly recommended, will make future purchases

Brilliant service, very happy with the watch. Would definitely recommend!

My family have been dealing with Pomerance for 25 years and long may that continue. There is no one else that I trust with our jewellery and watches. They make time for you, listen, give honest advice, and always a pleasure to deal with. There is nowhere else I would go when dealing with something so valuable to me (both in money and sentimentality).

Very happy with the service trustees guys will be buying again from them many thanks
