I really do not like AI telephone calls. Whilst they might work for you as a company, for the client they are extremely impersonal, rigid in what they can do, and very, very time consuming! If it hadn’t been the fact that Policywave was the most competitive insurer by far this year it would have dissuaded me from going with them. I sincerely hope that AI calls is not the way forward.

Where do I start! I’ve been getting my driving instructor tuition policy from policywave! For multiple years now the service by Yusuf Nazir absolutely epic from start to finish. Polite, respectful and makes gain insurance easier than what he looks like. I have recommended several driving instructors to this company and this individual specifically himself and they all have the same thing to say about him. He’s an absolute legend.
