Quick delivery great quality trays
Quick delivery great quality trays. The trays are sturdy and very rigid so we can store our crockery and handle the trays without them flexing. Well ventilated to allow drying if the crockery isn't completely dry.

Delivery is tricky sometimes as our products are VERY bulky... there aren't many carriers willing to ship goods of this scale cheaply, and if they do give us good prices at the start they soon begin to hike them when they realise how many we send out, how big they are and how much they fill their small vans and lorries. We do offer pick up services from our Oxford based warehouse and customers are also welcome to arrange their own collections etc (products pending and via arrangement).

Very little communication.
After placing order it was 2 weeks before I received a payment link. After paying for goods i received no confirmation until I emailed company and then my order was sent out. Not terrific communication from company.

Your order for 1 box with printing was placed on 2nd March (Sunday). On 3rd March, we informed you that printing was unavailable for a single box and asked if you would like to proceed.
On 9th March (Sunday), you reached out to enquire why you hadn’t received a response. We replied on 10th March, confirming that we had already contacted you on 3rd March and also provided a payment link. Once payment was received, we processed your order.
Regrettably, the paid order acknowledgment sent on 10th March did not mention the stock issue, which we acknowledge. Upon reviewing your order, we have identified this oversight, and we will ensure that future acknowledgements for all customers include this information. The goods were out of stock at the time, but your order was dispatched on 21st March.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

A pleasure to do business with
I have placed two orders with this company in the last 3 months as a private customer. On both occasions the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to check stock levels and advise on delivery times.
Emails are answered quickly, phones are answered within a couple of rings and personal service is offered.
Both my orders arrived far more quickly than expected - the second order arriving in less than 24 hours as the sales staff called down to the warehouse and asked them to get the order out as quickly as they could.
Exceptional service and a pleasure to do business with.

Plastor are great price and quality
I purchased some crates from Plastor a few years ago, they have been great.
I made the mistake of buying some other crates from a competitor and they weren't as strong and very flimsy.
I've just purchased more from Plastor, I highly recommend them.

I purchased 3 of their euro containers…
I purchased 3 of their euro containers last year. One of the hinges broke and after a few emails they sent out a replacement part free of charge!
Excellent customer service received as was expecting to have to buy a whole new lid.

Plastor prices look good but there is a hidden con
I have only given Plastor 1 star because it is not possible to give a zero rating.
Other customer reviews state that the Plastor website is an utter con and that their prices are very low but they do not mention the delivery charges and the reason is that these charges are inflated to make huge profits.
I can confirm that this is the case because I placed an order for 1 x RUB21XL box priced at £14-65 and two days later I received a delivery quote by email of £17-50 + VAT my email to them below states how I feel about this company taking advantage of it's customers (Please see below).
I have since purchased exactly the same item at a similar price from ebay with a delivery charge of only £9-99 with the complete cost to me of £23-74 including VAT and not in excess of £32 + VAT if I had been foolish enough to buy from Plastor.

Our shipping costs are determined by the size, weight, and location of the stock (in this case, directly from our supplier who provides us with the shipping rates) as well as the delivery destination. We always aim to offer competitive rates, though we understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologise if this caused any inconvenience.
