Absolute shower . There are alternative suppliers. Don’t waste your money on false delivery dates and claimed deliveries that don’t exist . This company also trades NWS-UK LtD . Wish I had managed to find reviews prior to my order.

terrible customer service. After waiting 5 weeks for delivery, i cancelled my order. Have now been waiting 2 weeks for refund. Never use this company

These guys are just crooks, they take you money and do not have any intention of delivering a product. Refuse to answer the phone or emails, so you cant even get a refund. AVOID. Just read the other reviews. Perhaps Trading Standards will do something about this.

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL.THEY ADVERTISED STOCK THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE, TOOK MY ORDER AND MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, SUBSEQUENTLY LIED ABOUT MY DELIVERY DATE AND THEN TOLD ME ONE WEEK AFTER PLACING ORDER THAT THEY HAD NO STOCK OF AN ITEM I HAD ORDERED AND DIDN'T KNOW WHEN DELIVERY WOULD TAKE PLACE. CANCELLED ORDER AND I AM NOW WAITING FOR REFUND.
RECOMMENDATION - DO NOT USE-

Unfortunately really bad customer service to the point of just plain ignorance, I would not recommend this stockist in any way. They are only interested in a quick money internet orders they cant process quotations or deal with any communication, constantly making excuses about emails changing, then not receiving emails despite phoning in to confirm that they have indeed received our emails, in short everything is too much like work.

Received an abusive telephone call from these guys a couple days after posting this review upset that I reviewed them poorly, they began to throw insults at me so i told them where to go and hung up

I feel that I should respond to the outlandish claims made against me above and confess that after a several minutes of sustained abuse and threatening behaviour during a telephone call from someone from this company i did indeed tell them where to go and put the phone down, I mean what company deals with upset customers by phoning and behaving in an abusive and intimidating manner bunch of clowns honestly not worth dealing with.

I have used this company a few times now, always great quality goods at great prices

Don't buy from this company unless you want to wait 5 weeks for delivery. I was told that all my material was in stock and will be delivered to site within 5 working days, Anthony even checked with his supplier prior to me giving them the order. However after I had paid, my order took 5 weeks in total to deliver and all they said was that the delay was due to the supplier. At the end after numerous phone calls(which no one picks up) and emails (which no one replies to). I had to chase their supplier my self and coordinate delivery to site. I have all emails and correspondence to prove my case, so please do not use this company if you value your sanity.

This company does not do what it says. Delivery in 1-3 working days. I ordered a few items to be delivered to Dorset. Order placed on Wednesday afternoon - Order No:7733. Waited Thursday - nothing, waited Friday - nothing.

So I decided to call them and ask them about my order. The first time - they just hung up whitout answering. Called again, second time, someone answered by the name - Andrew. He assured me that it will be despatched today - Friday and the delivery will be on Monday. I will aslo receive an email confirmation - which is the norm for any business operating or dealing with customers - you would think. Friday Passed.

Saturday and Sunday - company does not work. Monday came - no email of any sort. Though it will be here. Monday came and went.

So I decided to give them another chance. Tuesday came and went. I called the company. Another person answered by the name Lewis. He was very helpful and could not say why my order was not even ppacked yet? He assured me - it will be packed and send on an overnight delivery for tomorrow - Wednesday along with tracking.

Emailed received. Checked tracking left depot - Wednesday - out on delivery today - Yes, delivery at last. Waited the whole day. By the way the company used DX delivery company. No delivery.

Checked tracking - DX stated - No one home- left card. There is another review on this company. I was home the whole day and no one appeared with no cards left at my house.

Thursday called comapny and delivery company at my expense - Order company will get in touch with delivery company to re-send it. Finally - received at 3pm Thursday. Delivery received - Internal Angle - bent and twisted and one wall cladding PVC sheet damaged and marked beyond repair.

I did not bother to contact the company since they will not refund for goods andnot waiting for another 7 to 10 for collection.

There is room for improvement - go on a course on Customer Servives - Phone Handling and perhaps learn how to communicate with customers at all times. They are also present on ebay - how dod they fail on customer communication.
