Booked MOT and service, They picked it up on time did the work. Sent me a video of the work they had done and advisory's for the future. Took the money over the phone delivered the car back. I would highly recommend them. The free ford breakdown cover is an added bonus

I have purchased a good second hand truck from pj Nicholls, I have no faults with the truck originally, but as it arrived later than I was told ,supposed to be Wednesday but arrived Friday, and then to find the work that I pointed out on test drive was not done , and the truck obviously didn't get a pdi check as the interior rear light doesn't work ,to add to fact the respray on the sill didn't get done . The sales man was quick enough to keep badgering me for deposit, and payment was made on the Monday after test drive on Saturday . So far not overly impressed.

Listen to your customer’s requests when they order parts! You cost us 4 hours today. A wheel nut is not a stud. Very disappointed with Ford Transits, seem to be a light duty disposable vehicle.

A great family run business who are friendly, polite and accomodating and made changing my car very easy and straight forward. Karl was fabulous and get me posted at every stage and the team were really helpful in delivering my new car to me and taking my old car away in part exchange. Great customer service and beautiful car!

We recently brought a KMG truck from Ian in sales, absolutely love it. Ian did a good job of upgrading the wheels, pointing out other little cosmetic alterations they were going to fix. The after sales service was good and staff very helpful.

Driving home late from work and realised my tyre had gone completely flat. Though the guys were about to close up for the night, they didn't hesitate to help and make sure I was able to get on the road. They completed a repair there and then. I had an hour and a bit journey back to Bristol, so honestly so grateful they stayed to help and ensured I got home safe. Thank you team 5/5

My car fob had ran out of battery and I urgently needed to replace it. Cameron kindly stayed passed closing time to allow me to travel to get the battery replaced. Great customer service.

My wife recently bought a Ford Puma car from their Tewkesbury dealership. The sales representative Mark Baptist was helpful throughout. It was the first new car that Christine had bought since acquiring her Saab sixteen years ago but Mark helped with the paperwork and explained the variety of equipment that a new car now has. Mark made the whole experience pleasurable and less taxing.

Had to leave M5 because of a flat tyre. Fortunately stumbled upon Nicholls garage where they provided a very quick professional service and got us on the road within the hour.

This garage was fantastic. We lost all water on the M5 and came off the motorway to find a garage. A mechanic said the bottom hose had come off and said that a ramp would be available soon. He replaced the faulty jubilee clip and filled the car with antifreeze. When I tried to pay I was told there was no charge.

Having purchased the Red Ford Kuga St-Line PHEV 20 Plate 30k miles, from PJ Nicholl’s Tewkesbury on 05/08/2023, we have had nothing but problems. It was 4 days into ownership when the powertrain malfunction light appeared & we were forced to pull over & ring Ford Assistance on route to our anniversary. We then took the vehicle back into the dealership where my confidence was severely knocked when the sales manager Mark said that well if the light only comes on when you’re on the engine you can at least do 90% of your journeys on the battery & mentioned that he see’s cars come back 30 minutes after they’ve left.

We then got the car back & I was hopeful that was it however, we then received a speeding ticket through in the post for the car whilst it was in PJ Nicholls possession, doing 66mph in a 50mph area on the Tewkesbury Road. Upon speaking with the general manager of the Tewkesbury branch, Liz, who initially said that the driver of the vehicle needed to get up to the speeds that the fault occurred at to test the car properly, when I mentioned this could have happened on the motorway next to this road, she then changed tact & claimed the driver didn’t realise the speed limit, despite the fact the car had a heads-up display with this image on. She also mentioned this conversation was recorded so I have asked for that be emailed over to myself as I intend to raise this with Ford UK.

Then another day later, the power train malfunction light appears only a few days after getting the vehicle back (which took 8 days & I’d been told had been driven at least 100 miles to test) at this point I simply asked for a refund.

On the day of the swap back, I was phoned by Richard the lead service technician to tell me he was bringing my car back, when I mentioned the MOT will have now expired, he said well I can still drive it & you can still drive it to get an MOT. At this moment I unfortunately lost my cool & made it very clear that was unacceptable at which point Richard did agree to MOT the vehicle before returning.

I also asked for compensation for the situation as I was out of pocket for day insurance/fuel/road tax & also felt we deserved to be compensated for the incredibly stressful situation we had been put through. I was told I would not receive any! PJ Nicholls, ‘small family business’, I can’t imagine how you intend to carry on operating with these service levels & wouldn’t be surprised to see your dealership downsize before exiting the market in the near future.
