Great garage, Ryan was fantastic as always.

I'd definitely recommend PJ Nicholls Pershore to friends and family because Peter was fantastic. No pressure, just friendly helpful advice and did everything we asked for. I had complete trust in him during the process.

I had an excellent experience at PJ Nicholls from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.

A special mention to Karl Bowman, who went above and beyond, he even came in on his day off to handle the handover, which says everything about his commitment and service.

The standout part of the experience was the unaccompanied test drive. It made a huge difference being able to properly get a feel for the car without pressure, and it really set PJ Nicholls apart from other dealerships.

Things didn't quite go as planned, but issues were addressed and apologies given. All in all, punctual and polite service.

I have had my car serviced by P J Nicholls every year since we bought it from them 10 years ago. Every service has been carried out professionally and courteously . I have always had complete trust in recommendations and suggestions, and particularly welcome the more recent videoed health checks. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for servicing or indeed purchasing.

Overall very good - would have rated higher if car had been valeted.

Easy going, no pressure sales, good price and part exchange and helpful salesmen.

Booked in for new tyres, arrived 9.05am, car was in bay by 9,10. Sat waiting in reception till 10.00 and looked to see what was happening, no one doing anything rear tyres had been replaced front wheels finished, on floor waiting to go on. Spoke to receptionist are they on their tea break. Her reply was no. If they were nt they must have been working on another car.
I did not see any movement until I complained bitterly at 10.30 that nothing was happening and was the fitter aware that I was waiting, work started again after complaint, eventually finished at 10.50.
When having tyres fitted in the past elsewhere, I have never had to wait more than 45 minutes a most.
I cannot complain about tyres, but think that fitter was never informed that I was waiting in reception.

I found the saleperson David quite responsive even after the sale had gone through...even called to check after days of receipt...he wanted to know how I was settling with the new car...which was by the way delivered as described.
