Labai džiaugiuosi, kad yra tokia paslauga. Galima užsakyti norimą prekę pigiau ir gauti ją greitai ir patogiai - paštomatu ar aptarnavimo punkte.

Siunčiausi iš Čekijos, Prancūzijos viskas buvo gerai, bet kai siunčiau iš Lenkijos gavau iš jų siuntų tarnybų laišką, kad jeigu nepriims 2 kartus padės į paštomatą ir vėliau gražins siuntėjui, nes Lenkijos sandėlys ateina į darbą tik 10:30, o kurjeriai taip ilgai nemiega. Bet matyt susiskambino ir susitarė, nes iš paštomato dar 3€ prašo už paėmimą. Galėtu nesukelt tokių lygtai smulkių, bet vis tiek neigiamų emicijų.

I am quite disappointed with this company. Two parcels were recently delivered from France. When paying for their delivery, I was immediately surprised by the delivery prices - they are much higher than indicated in the price list based on the weight of the parcels. It turns out that weight is not everything, the size of the parcel also costs extra. As is understandable, only this item is hidden somewhere in the "margins". Returning to the weight - the weight of one parcel did not correspond to 2.5 kg., it was weighed upon returning home. By the way, the other parcel weighed as much as indicated. According to the consultant, this is my fault for not asking to weigh it upon collection. In summary - I suggest that the client ask to weigh the parcel upon collection if you do not want to be deceived, if you already use their services, although it sounds absurd. The company still needs to work a lot on the culture of communication with customers, because apologizing is unacceptable or too complicated, it is better to prove the company's right in every way :) I do not recommend it.

I use pirkeu.lt quite frequently to ship from Poland and Germany warehouses. Positive point that if you provide your pirkeu id on shipping label you get notification as soon as your item arrives at the warehouse. However if you do not provide pirkeu id you need to contact them in order to identify your shipment. Happened several times but it went smoothly. Till now all my shipments were tracked and arrived without any major issues. ID: 48288

Nowadays online you can't trust anyone, but I do trust PirkEU! I already purchased many times, and every single one they deliver on the promise - and package :)

Su pirkEU jau draugauju kelis metus. Daug Europos parduotuvių nesiunčia į Lietuvą, bet su pirkEU tai įmanoma. Labai greitas pristatymas. Taip pat kartais su pirkEU siuntimas buna pigesnis nei siuntimas iš internetinės parduotuvės. Sėkmės.

I ordered an item from Amazon to be delivered to Pirkeu.lt’s warehouse. Amazon confirmed the package was successfully delivered, yet Pirkeu.lt insists they never received it.

When I reached out for help, their attitude was dismissive and passive. Instead of investigating or taking any responsibility, they immediately blamed Amazon and made it clear that they don’t really care whether the parcel arrived or not. Communication felt defensive, and there was no real effort to resolve the situation.

This company completely avoids accountability and hides behind excuses rather than assisting their customers. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Thankfully, Amazon agreed to refund me, but Pirkeu.lt themselves made zero effort to fix the issue or even properly look into it.
