If you want something but can’t order it to your address, Buyeu.ee is a game changer. I’ve been using it regularly for many years now, and even when I’ve had issues, they were resolved quickly. I also believe the fees are reasonable.

I have used and recommended this service for years. Boy I feel stupid now.

I decided to use then to get some (4pcs) plastic device cases and one antenna from US as these are only on sale on amazon.com and similar products are not offered in EU.

Amazon sent the order in five packages. BuyEU charges repackaging fee, but does not actually repackage anything. All of their fees were multiplied for these 5 small items resulting 160€ in fees.

I then taught about returning the items. But returning one package costs 20€ and ofcourse they will multiply it by 5x for 5 packages.

Similar companies would deliver the same parcel with Fedex for 75€. So I strongly recommend not to give them your packages as hostage!

Do not register on Buyeu.com under any circumstances. The website presents itself as a legitimate business platform, but in reality, it’s a fraudulent service designed to extract money from users. They charge a fee just to create an account, which is highly unusual and suspicious. Unlike reputable companies, they do not refund this registration payment under any conditions.

Communication with the company is nonexistent - I never received a single response to multiple emails and messages. Their so-called “support team” appears to be completely inactive.

Additionally, there are numerous hidden charges that they fail to disclose upfront. The whole system seems designed to deceive users and make it nearly impossible to recover your money.

Overall, Buyeu.com is not a trustworthy platform. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss - stay away from this site!

Easy, prompt, acceptable price for services

I paid 120 euros for a product. I provided the correct size and the correct weight. I also paid for the service and the insurance to make sure everything was fine, but afterwards they asked me to pay an additional 300+ euros. When I refused, I lost the product, which was a limited edition, so I will never be able to get it again. In the meantime, I also lost all the money I had already paid.

A trusted company, I make deliver many products to Estonia, they arrive on time and in perfect condition. I really recommend this company.
Also, even I am in Estonia, I was served by telephone in the language of MY choice- so a clent service is also superb!

I definitely do not recommend.

Two parcels got lost. They had already arrived in Poland, but for 2 months their status has been “ready for dispatch,” while Buyeu insists they were sent.

Another parcel was also not registered at the foreign warehouse at first. It was only found after several emails.

Definitely not worth the stress or the money.

Möchte darauf hinweisen, dass diese Firma benutzt wird, um die Funktion "sicher bezahlen" bei kleinanzeigen.de auszuhebeln! Man sendet gutgläubig an diese Firma, aber das Paket verschwindet und ist "nicht auffindbar". Ergebnis: Ware weg und Bezahlung gibt's auch nicht!

BUYEU.EE seemed an excellent idea, but for some unknown reason the service just does not work as promised: the package won't change state until you ask them once a week or so! Besides breaking every promise, there are enormous hidden fees (~50 euro) that you have to pay before they release your package. I recommend to stay away unless willing to throw in some massive amount of free time and nerves. Note how they've now hidden their business (easyrental my a**!).

Terrible service.
Parcels are lost and broken.

Everything was fine until they sent my order to Finland, not Estonia. They sent it on 21of June and I still didn't get it. My order is still in Finland.

I tried the service for the first time and it was not a good impression!
When registering as a customer, the company allows a five-euro discount from the first order, which should apply automatically. Of course that didn't happen.
In addition, the company sent a discount code to the e-mail, but when entering it, the discount was significantly smaller than promised (5€), about 1€ instead.
When I inquired with the customer service, I was told that unfortunately nothing could be done if I had already entered the code myself, despite the fact that the automatic (allowed) discount was not applied.
I think it's cheating the consumer!

The service itself was quite lengthy and there was no current information about the location of the package (I ordered the goods from Poland to Estonia). It was brought out, a la "the package is moving to the warehouse in Latvia". Changes in the status occurred only when I myself constantly made inquiries about the location of the package.
The tracking code shown on their page does not lead anywhere when clicked.

It did not leave a reliable impression and the rather inflexible attitude of the customer service in the style of "can't do anything, that's how it is and that's it".
