Amazing product, terrible customer support. Tons of bugs. No one to help you work through them. Pipefy even replied to my review here, but didn't actually reply to my support issue.

Pipefy helps you to conduct company processes as they should, without forgetting important details. It is especially useful for companies where staff is traveling around and is not located in one office. It's pretty simple to model your company processes in Pipefy and connect them together. This is a good tool which will be great after all features are developed. Web-end is well done, app for phones need improvement - it can't be considered as full functional but at least it let's you to see progress and sends you notifications.

Great way to manage processes
Great way to manage processes. It allows me to integrate my company's workflows and send automated emails to my customers letting them know their orders are ready. It's very easy to use, I created customized processes that match my exact needs in a few minutes.
