They make it very hard to cancel, no support at all, their portal doesn't even show the billing section to be able to cancel. Chat support is not available whenever you try.
Still charging me after cancellation — support is useless
I’m grateful to the company that helped me get my money back — you can see who they are from my display name and profile image.
I actually thought Pipefy was a great product. I used it for a few years without issues, and it worked fine. But after we cancelled the subscription, they kept charging my card — even after I notified them.
As others have pointed out, the support is awful. There’s no resolution, no accountability. My credit card company had to reverse the charges, and I’ve even spoken directly with people at Pipefy. Nothing helps — they just keep charging.
At this point, I’m either going to resolve it or be forced to cancel my card entirely.
Great product, but a nightmare when it comes to billing and support. Be careful.

No support whatsoever. you will be on your own. they will take the money and will leave you to articles, pre loaded short marketing videos. no support for even billing issues. very frustrating.

Além de não resolver o problema, você não consegue avançar para atendimento humano. Você fica num looping eterno sem conseguir avançar. Eu não estou pedindo favor. Eu pago para ter atendimento humano. Mas não tenho. O bot da pipefy é muito ruim.
Very customizable, great pricing.
wow cant believe what im seeing here for Pipefy. I have been using them since 2018 and honestly have not come across a better task management system (including ones which are double/triple the price).
I have set it up for three different companies (all different industries) and it does everything we need it to.
They have in the box integrations with Workato (IPaas) which basically allows you to bridge to anything with an open api with little/no code necc. They have intercom chat, which is usually answered in <30 min. If I were to make a complaint it would be that for more complicated tickets it does take extended time to get transferred to tier two and also that they dont have support 24/365 (m-f 4am-6pm pst i believe)--If you have 10 users you do get an account rep , which by my experience are pretty responsive as well.

Pipefy product is good.
My company has spent a good deal of time evaluating Business Process Management Tools, including Quixy, Qntrl, Kissflow and their ability to meet the core requirements of workflow management and systems integration at a reasonable price-point.
I can honestly say that of those we reviewed, Pipefy (as a product) is the best of the bunch;
pro's:
- it's clearly been designed by a team who understand workflows and the challenges and opportunities they present
- it's well thought through
- it provides features which quickly and easily address some of the complexities associated with implementing the 5% of cases which don't fit neatly into a workflow design, making it easy to accomodate 100% of cases, unlike ANY of the other tools we've seen
- it allows you to engage with people outside of your organisation at any point in your workflow (like Customers!), unlike ANY of the other tools we've seen
- The open APIs are comprehensive and well thought through and integration is really easy using products like Make (formerly Integromat)
- Genuinely low-code, unlike MANY of the other products we've reviewed. Integration aside, no technical skills are required to build and manage a sophisticated and effective workflow
Con's
- Support is TERRIBLE. Amongst the worst I've encountered. It's via a Chat bot which as you'd expect initially tries (reasonably well) to answer your question before offering the option to 'speak' to someone. When someone *finally* responds over Chat (and this can take anywhere between 2mins to an hour or more), they then keep 'disappearing' for extended periods (10mins or more) before re-engaging in the Chat. I suspect their 'support' team are tasked with responding to lots of chat calls at the same time.
- Implementing 'Business Logic' (Pipefy call "Field Conditionals") is not intuitive and you'll need help to understand why they don't seem to work properly so that you can adopt a specific approach to get around this! They do work once you've got this but implementation is *laborious* and needs a rethink, unlike the rest of the product
- if you need to integrate with your other systems (of course you do, you're running a business!) then the number of transactions bundled with any of the Price Plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) are woefully inadequate. Bolt on's provide additional transactions but again these are limited and hence your costs could mount very quickly. From a customer perspective Pipefy really need to rethink this because the true cost of Pipefy doesn't compare well when looking at (what initially appear to be) more expensive products
- the user interface could do with a bit of a refresh but that's not a biggy and it doesn't get in the way functionally.
Did I mention support is terrible. I'm on a Support Chat window right now and I've lost count of the number of times they've messaged "just a second". The last just a sec message was 23minutes ago and I'm still waiting! I've explained I have to leave for a meeting so now have no choice but to kill the chat session. Whilst they now have all the info they need to deal with my case, my experience is that killing a chat session means I won't hear further from them and will have to start again.
The product is good enough for me to stick with it (and complain about their support offering and API transaction pricing).

Poor Customer Support
I have had many occasions customer support has been extremely slow. I have had to wait a week to 2 weeks for replies or sometimes not get replies at all and have to chase it up.

Hopefully either Ill resolve or have to cancel my card itself.
