Worked with a wonderful representative, Caitlyn K. She answered all my questions, and worked hard to ensure I received my order within my short deadline. Product quality is very good.

Getting started is always slower than I expect/hope but even after somewhat predictable once a day responses, they get it done. Maybe I should just "trust the system" more? Nah, timely responses assure the customer so I'll keep hoping. Communication is leadership!

We ordered 24 bags with our company logo. They came in exactly when they said they would and the bags are gorgeous. Staff is raving about them.

Breylin was absolutely a dream to work with! I can't wait to need something else because I know when I order it from Pinnacle and through Breylin, it's going to be fabulous!

My experience has been great for over 13 years however this years experience was that absolute worst. Not everything; however, offering me a price of $700 to turn around 12 T-Shirts and my order being short 40 T-Shirts. Then being given continued excuses instead of far solutions

Placed 2 orders. One order was 10 days later than promised and did not arrive in time for event it was intended for. The other order did not print the artwork proof that I approved, it was the wrong size.

We used the pop up shop to offer our employees an appreciation gift. There was literally almost zero admin lift for me as Pinnacle handled address collection and distribution for 600+ orders. Huge time saver for my team and employees loved the gift!

Very easy and fast to reorder once set up. My customers and I love the quality of the drawstring bags. My logo and info came out perfect and not smeared or blurry.
