Steve (O’Neill) arrived at both sites (Newburn & Gateshead) on time and completed the service of both machines in an efficient and timely manner. Reports were completed and he explained his findings, offered advice and next steps - all in all very professional manner.

We were visited today, at the Green Welly Stop in Tyndrum, by Liam Crockert to repair and service our compactors. Liam was excellent, helpful and polite, and performed his work to a high standard. He also flagged up a couple of points for us to be aware of going forward.

We were recently visited by Steve O'Neil for our regular service.
During this, not only did he perform his duties without fault, but he also informed the company of a few issues we were unaware of. This information saved us not only a lot of embarrassment but could possibly save us alot of money and time in the long run.
Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. I look forward to working with him in the future.
