Gavin was great
Gavin was great. Explained what had gone wrong & how to stop it happening again. Fixed the baler & found another fault which I was able to log while he was doing the original work order. New job was sent through while Gavin was on site & he fixed there & then. Great polite & friendly fast service. 👍🏻

Had a problem with our general waste compactor one day before a senior management site visit. Had lots of tidying up to do but no means to get rid of waste. Contacted PHS and within 1 hour, Steve & Gavin turned up and sorted the problem. They also carried out a training session to avoid the original final cause of problem. Excellent service from both. Everything is brilliant with PHS Wastekit. From the start, the process was seamless. Gary, the salesperson, was incredibly well-informed and honest, ensuring I got exactly what I needed without any fluff.
The installation and technical side were handled by Sukh, a wonderful engineer, and the ongoing customer service from Angelina has been nothing short of terrific.

The engineer who visited us, Steve O’Neill, was very informative and knowledgeable all round he was a very pleasant person and a credit to your company. Came twice as training was required on the machine.
