Craig H came to store to do the PAT testing today, he was very professional, polite and friendly.

Matt F our engineer has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. Me on the other had need a strong drink after this week. Definitely want Matt F back again next year. Everyone has said how polite, helpful and understanding he's been.

Craig attended Tameside Hospital today to carry out our department's PAT testing. He was friendly, helpful and kept the area neat & tidy.

Arranging PAT testing with Hollie at PHS was an absolute pleasure. She was extremely proactive, and the work was booked promptly without any hassle. Communication throughout was clear, professional, and very efficient.
We would definitely work with PHS again in the future. Hollie is a real asset to the company. They are lucky to have someone so dedicated and customer-focused on their team.

When dealing with areas that have been picked up by colleagues (now retired) previously can often be a chore at best and a nightmare at worst, but thankfully PHS have a gem in their team, who offers a high level of friendly, informative, expansive and timely support and advice. Yesterday I had four gaps in my audit, this morning Jayne @ PHS has walked me through all I needed to do with no pain and no fuss. If only all service providers could treat customers the same!
