Ordered embroidered personalised apron. Took 3 weeks to arrive. The apron was printed on, not embroidered. No response from seller when querying quality, had to get refund from PayPal.

Ordered a canvas as a birthday present for my partner. Was supposed to be the words of our first wedding song as one of our wedding photos.

It turned up and it is so poorly done you can’t even tell what it is. Its off centre and cant read the words of the song. Ive asked for a replacement and all they’ve offered is 30% off next order.

Won’t be ordering again and would advise others not too.

I've been waiting over a month now for something I paid express delivery for ! Communication is awful, customer service is awful and reading some reviews im presuming the quality will be awful !

I ordered whiskey tumblers as a personalised present for someone’s birthday. The glasses were to be engraved with a photo of the person with their dog, plus their names. Apart from the fact I had to chase them for delivery, I was very disappointed with the quality of the tumblers, thick glass, engraving small & names small thick font. Absolutely awful quality, not as shown in website pictures. Awful quality, will not use again, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Expensive mistake, two tumblers £46.

After two weeks ordering and a request for urgent delivery, our item for a friend's special birthday still has not arrived...very disappointed!

There was no frame, the font was too large, and there was no detail as displayed in the advertised example images. This company uses images from other companies to make you buy their knock off good, cheap Chinese fraud company do not buy.

Terrible experience, will not use them again! Ordered personalised golf ball refillable stamp, emailed supplier with request for a video showing how to refill item but they sent me a random video not even the same product and it was in Chinese, I requested correct video they said they can’t help and clearly there is fault with refilling the product!

Product was absolutely horrific. Words not the same font, the black was grey so you couldn’t read the words. Only form of contact is email and I emailed them 2 weeks ago and no response. I supplied pictures to support my case. DO NOT BUY!! I am now out of £35 and they won’t reply back to me so I will be taking this further.

This company can only be improved by shutting down HONESTLY I ordered a personalised dumbell (it's an ornament for my son) it said full size. That was a joke, it's a plastic load of rubbish and very small. Do NOT I repeat Do NOT buy anything from this ridiculous website. I'm shocked they're still selling stuff. Ordered a light, looked very different to the picture, writing on it so small you can hardly read it. Emailed x2 absolutely no response.

I ordered a leather-look handbag as shown in the listing images. What I received was a completely different item — a soft, fabric bag of much lower quality.

The seller only offered a 50% refund, which I declined. Thankfully, I was able to get my full refund through PayPal, but I would not recommend buying from this seller due to the false advertising.

Placed order and had no email confirmation.
After waiting and waiting I contacted the company for an update.
Advised delays and item had not yet been made. They asked if I could wait. This was on a Tuesday.
I emailed back and stated I did not wish to wait and to cancel and refund. They sent the exact same email to me on Wednesday advising of a delay and could I wait. I initiated the refund on PayPal. They emailed me the next day advising the item (which has not yet been made) is on the way to me. No tracking information. And that if I wanted a refund I would need to refuse delivery and could only expect a 70% refund. I advised both them and PayPal that the item was not made, they asked if I could wait and they have just sent it out however provided no tracking. I do not believe a word they say and will fight this. Disgusting company. What is worse is I have found the item I want on Etsy and placed an order there as this company appears to have taken a picture of a sellers product and to be making knock offs!

The products this company offer are Sh#t, this is a substandard company with a low moral compass who sell cheap products manufactured & shipped from China.
The customer service guarantees are just words on paper. Don't waste your money.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a personalised whisky glass the image that came was awful. Customer service is as bad as the product.. do not buy from this company
