Shopped around to get the best deal for the Iphone 5 and couldn't be happier. Trusting Phones4U keep there end of the deal up I'm getting cash back too, very happy.

brought a phone from phones 4u pay from the store in leigh lancs with a promotion of free wifi but the store did not put the free wifi on the phone went back to the store they were very sorry for not doing this but they would have to phone head office to put the wifi on the phone this they could not do as the office was closed for xmas and told me to go in the next day this i did and they did and was told i would get a e mail in the next 2 days with the pass code no email came so i email head office ,got email stating they wil be responding to my email in the next 2 day ,the next day i got a email from them saying the will contact me in the next 3 days they think i will get feed up with them and go away avoid them very bad customer service (the phone is great)

Bought as a christmas present for my son. His words "I'm in love with my phone Mum!!" Ordered phone online and was with me in 2 days. Excellent service with no hassle whatsoever and one very happy boy!!

Phones4u transaction was seemless and rapid, no hassle whatsoever. Shame about my service provider Vodafone - website useless, rarely works, and staff who try but lack in ability to understand or help.

I delt with phones 4 U online, was easy and a pleasue, had updates every step of the way.

I ordered my phone over the phone, and it was it delivered within 2 days. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Phone 4 U, because also it provides good tarrif too.

Everything went smoothly with the order had the phone quickly really happy, but when i ordered my phone it said FREE Nokia wireless charging plate, so where is it? even a email to say they are not in stock would have been appreciated. oh well apart from the misleading advertising a good experience, will i use phones4u again? possibly but i have very little brand loyalty after my experience. Talking on the phone to an agent was ok and helpful, and my phone came in good time. The problems I have is that they spelt my name wrong and they also took my bank details to set up a direct debit but did not pass these on to Orange!

easy transactions,no jargon and so easy to navigate the site. Arrived the next day and network transtered my number in 24hrs. Well impressed !!!!

ONLY A LITTLE POINT: DIDN'T KNOW THE SIM CARD WOULD BE INSERTED FOR US PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PHONE. SO WHEN THE PHONE ARRIVED IN A BROKEN SEALED BOX - LEAD TO A LITTLE BIT OF WORRY UNTIL THE ATTACHED LETTER WAS DISCOVERED. MAYBE MENTION IT WHEN THE PHONE IS BOUGHT SO IT REMOVES ANY WORRY.

In working for a training provider that supplies customers service skills, this is always the first thing that I notice when buying a new product and has an impact on my purchase. Three members of staff approached us on arrival in a small town shop eager to help. We had a specific phone and deal online that we had researched and was looking at the options avaiable in store. Although in store they couldn't match the deal we were offered, they put us on the phone to online sales that could, with cashback too. Although once deal was taken over the phone the store really showed little interest in trade of current phone and tried to encourage us to purchase another phone that they could match the price with.
Definitley worth asking about the cashback deals available as there often is one. Phone arrived the next day (was told within 5 working days) although this was without the charge plate.
Although details of how to claim the FREE charge plate should have been explained fully as this has been quite a task to get hold of anyone to discuss further.

Ordered phone for husband for xmas present. Never arrived! Apparently phone stolen by courier! Phones 4 U still have not sent a new handset and xmas is just a couple of days away. They say they are still doing 'enquiries'. Meanwhile i'll have to think fast for another present and i'm still being charged for contract. Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service.

It was easy to look at the list of mobile phones available and pick out the one that corresponded with my budget. They were 1/3 cheaper than 02 but I have an 02 contract. It arrived quickly and I love my new IPhone. My only gripe is that there are no instructions beyond a quick start guide, and I had a problem uploading my contacts onto my new IPhone. I went to the local Phones4u but noone could advise me, so I went to 02 and they sorted it out.
