The best model company in the UK
Great model website, competitive prices, easy website to use, great customer service experience, what more can I say! Ordering was very easy.Being kept up to date with the despatch date and delivery date was a nice touch along with the perdonal email sent thanking for purchasing from Phillips Hobbies.Products received very well packed with plenty of cushioning would never have to worry about any damage to any further orders.Recommend seller to anyone.

I placed my order online on 28/07/25 it was delivered on 30/ 07/25. the items were well packed.when I spoke to Mr Phillips to ask about some out of stock models he said he would try to get them for me.

Incorrect present
I had a present ordered for me, but when it came I discovered that the product code was one digit out! So the wrong product. Phillips Hobbies and in particular the Director were absolutely marvellous when I contacted the firm. The incorrect product was posted back and by return came the correct one. A wonderful example of customer service of the sort you don't get very often. thank you. I will certainly be buying from this company again!

Unfortunately the product I wished to purchased was no longer available. Phillips Hobbies tried very hard to locate the product but just could not help me.
So a full refund was given me .
