I’m sorry to hear your delivery took longer than expected. I can see that it arrived around five working days later than we would normally expect. While the delay was with the carrier, we completely appreciate how frustrating that must have been, and I’ll be feeding this back to them. Thankfully, delays of this length are very uncommon.
Regarding the model size, we include both the scale and dimensions in our product descriptions. However, I appreciate these details can sometimes be easy to miss when ordering online. If you feel the model isn’t quite right for you, please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to help with a return.
We’d certainly love the opportunity to provide you with the usual Phillips Hobbies experience next time.

Brilliant shop
Did a order on line to collect the next day.even though the shop was closed when I ordered. When my dad got there the next day. As soon as it was open. The order was already to pick up.the website easy to use.and the gentleman is very helpful. I would recommend buying from him.
