A culture of collaboration
Phillips Solicitors was established in 1986. Brain Chase Coles Solicitors was established in 1995. Both firms merged on 1 February 2020. The merger was an important step towards our goal of building the region’s strongest dynamic, full-service law firm, whilst maintaining the traditional values that both firms were built on. In 2021, Phillips acquired Henley’s Solicitors. In 2022, we became Phillips Law.

Purchase of a shared ownership property

Sale and purchase of property
Sale and purchase of property carried out with care, always available for advice and guidance, conducted all searches and dealt with land registry and tax matters thoroughly. Sometimes needed to chase or leave messages but came back within a working day.

Jamil from Samuel Phillips
Jamil has been my solicitor helping me buy my first business and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had absolutely no clue about anything that needed to be done and he has walked me through it all 1 step at a time explaining everything as we went. Mirror Wills
We chose Phillips Law as we had used them to make our wills many years ago, and when my Mother passed earlier this year they were very helpful and understanding.
We found Lisa Perry friendly and easy to speak to. She is very knowledgeable and made suggestions we hadn't even thought of. The wills were completed in a good timescale.
