Simeous have supported me so well throughout the whole process of buying and selling- I couldn’t have done it without the help, patience and understanding of all those I dealt with. I’m elderly and not very tech savvy but everything was explained so clearly I’m eternally grateful. Every email I sent was answered in less than 30 minutes - I’ve never experienced that before with any firm. Totally professional and kind. Thanks so very much.

We never use this organisation again after. After a few weeks we had to cancel the sale and purchase and we’re charged over £2500. Will never use them again be very careful read the small print!

Simeous made the whole process of buying and selling so easy and straightforward. They were accessible and transparent throughout and the app was so easy to use - it was reassuring to see the ticks appearing as pending actions were completed. I particularly loved the buying graphics especially the fireworks at the end!
