Great Customer Service

I recently contacted Perrin&Rowe UK regarding replacement part for my kitchen filtration tap manufactured by Perrin&Rowe about 27 years ago. This particular tap has not been in production for over 10 years and I had little hope that the replacement part could be obtained. I am pleased to say that the solution to my tap's issue has been found due to outstanding help provided by Linda in Perrin&Rowe Customer Services. In dealing with my enquiry Linda was both courteous and patient, but more to the point she was diligent and effective in finding solution which worked. Thank you Linda

Poor Service

Having purchased 3 brand new taps, 2 had problems. Then when trying to resolve, their customer service left a lot to be desired. Not sure what has happened to this company as have had their products for years, now regretting the purchase.

Very poor customer service

Tried to buy a new water filter for our Perrin and Rowe kitchen tap. Very hard to find online, very little information. Eventually rang the official number and ordered one over the phone. Took days to arrive, and when it did, poorly wrapped in plastic, no box, and no instructions whatever. I have never had an order confirmation or any paperwork whatever. Just not good enough

While your order was delivered within our advertised 3–5 working day timeframe, it’s disappointing to hear that the packaging and included documentation did not meet expectations. Instructions are usually supplied within the packaging; however, they are also available on our website here:

Product quality and service…

We have used two Perrin & Rowe kitchen taps in two properties over the last 30 years. Each time we needed to replace valves the service has been exemplary, both on the phone and the speed of delivering the parts needed.

I was having problems with changing the…

I was having problems with changing the filter on a boiler tap and contacted Customer Service. When I said that I was having difficulty opening the filter housing they advised to try to descale it first which I tried but to no avail so they then sent me a replacement FOC under my warranty. The staff were very helpful and I received the new filter housing very promptly. Thank you

Customer service

I have wanted to speak with customer services a few times recently and this is where the excellence begins. When phoning, a simple choice of two options and then straight through to a knowledgeable person who can resolve the query. Excellent Customer Service

I cannot fault the excellent customer service team at Perrin and Rowe, especially Owen and Olivia, they were very helpful and couldn’t have done more to assist me with my query, going above and beyond. Ionian aged brass deck…

We bought an Ionian aged brass deck mounted mixer tap. But beware the design meant it was susceptible to leaking on the water inlet fittings on the bridge of the tap. It is not a strong link.
If the manufacturer made a stronger design it would be a lovely tap. Unfortunately it didn’t work for us.

I needed further information from one of their taps that I could not find online. I spoke to one of their reps and was very helpful in sending me over a technical sheet as well as explaining in detail via email.

I ordered a replacement hot water tap…

I ordered a replacement hot water tap on 4/11/2025 , was asked to pay by bank transfer. This was done and I was told it would be 10- 12 weeks to receive the tap. 15 weeks later still no tap and no response from Perrin and Rowe even though they have been contacted by telephone numerous times and emailed. The last I heard they were checking with the factory but haven't gave me a firm date. At this point all I want is a full refund and I will just go else where. Not a great experience when you just want a simple transaction. Avoid the hassle and go where you get good service.
