We had an issue with our payment…
We had an issue with our payment terminal where the card machine was declining all payment. It was a nightmare as the queue was backing up. I was so stressed. My call to Paymentsense customer services was answered really quicky, and the help and support I received from Matthew is what prompted me to leave this review. Matthew was so patient and helpful, talking me through the process to reset the system and get our card machine up and running again. A life saver.

Ive found to ring Paymentsense is so easy. They are so helpful they don't make me feel as though I'm clueless . They are very patient and will guide you through Oh and they are unbelievably knowledgeable!!
