Darren was extremely helpful and took the time to sort out the issues I was experiencing. Everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Very pleased with the service from PaymentSense.

Darren answered a frustrating call from myself. He was professional and calm. Got a handle of my problems and with great skill sorting out the machines, the updates, and got everything up and running with the machines, tills and intergrations. A huge support and i was extremely grateful.

After having quite a few issues with our card machines and help from other members of Paymentsense to no avail, today I was given an Angel named Darren Spence!
His patience and assistance was unmatched to other people I have spoken with before, really clear instruction, context to help with possible future issues and his overall attitude was just second to none. Thank you Darren for all your help today!

Today's agent who was absolutely gracious attentive to detail was the wonderful Emily.
As you can imagine we're dealing with any piece of technology not everything goes according to plan but when it does not go according to plan the team at paymentsense have always been there for me.
With one of the fastest call centers to get through to an actual human being.
You will be greeted by a warm and friendly voice in my opinion the voice of an angel any one of the agents that I have dealt with in the past have been absolutely on top of their game for their knowledge of the subject matter that I required.
There is usually never add delay and if the machine has aged out they are quick to replace it.
If Emily does not get employee of the month if not employee of the year I will be very disappointed. A special five stars just for her.

While trying to renew a card reader I had the good fortune to get Darren Spence to assist me. He was patient thorough and extremely good at his job. Thank you Darren. You took all the hassle out of renewal.

Paymentsense give incredible customer service. The technical support is always helpful and the staff are knowledgeable and thorough, always solving any problems. On Friday 20 June, Shauna was exceptionally supportive.

Closed our account after 5 years for nothing after paying them tens of thousands of pounds on time and never missed a payment. Small businesses are working harder than ever and for them to do this with NO prior indication cost us a lot of money as we then had no card processing abilities.
Paymentsense blame the bank they used CLOVER. We have been 7 days without a card machine which has lost us custom, thankfully our new EPOS System and card machine arrives tomorrow.
FINALLY to make the whole thing worse, CLOVER have not even paid us the balance they owe, criminal behavior and they get away with it and i am sure what they have done to small businesses is not allowed.
Stay away.....
UPDATE 6/6/25 - 1 WEEK LATER, STILL NO MONEY PAID WHAT IS OWED TO US, also they was supposed to collect the old card terminal Monday 2nd then Thursday 5th and nobody arrived.
And to make it even worse they took a direct debit today,

My account was cancelled overnight, without any warning whatsoever. It was due to an issue happening between clover and payment sense and poor management and lack of communication has meant that I now don’t have an account. They’re pointing the finger at each other, no one is apologising or trying to rectify this. As of tomorrow I have a business with no ability to take card payments which is an absolute disaster. I’ve been completely abandoned and failed by paymentsense and regret ever using their services
