The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I highly doubt the people who work in fhe call center actually work for Payactiv as they are useless. I would choose any other EWA app before I used Payacriv.

Lee G. was such an amazing help! I pulled money from my check because I needed the funds and then the place that I sent it to would not let me have it. I was so worried about what I was going to do, but Lee took great care of me and made sure that I had my funds available immediately! Lee as very kind, considerate, and worked really fast to take care of my problem. I would recommend this app to anyone who wanted to use it just from the experience that I encountered with Lee.
