I love the products that come right to your door; and the dogs really love all of their products, too. Web site is easy to use and keep up with shipments coming. And the people you "speak" with (in the chats) are knowledgable and helpful. Everything you want from a company.

Good Customer Service. Delivery was timely. My 2 puppies (coton de tulear) enjoy the food. I add some toppers & soak green beans in paw tree bone broth for a couple of hours then drain & freeze as a healthy treat!
They have been on trout & barley since starting kibbles.

We recently bought a puppy from a breeder whose contract required us to feed him pawTree dog food. I placed an order for a $100 bag (smallest size) and paid $14.95 shipping. The breeder gave us enough food for him until the shipment arrived. The puppy got quite ill and required a visit to the emergency vet on a Sunday. The vet insisted we stop feeding our puppy this food and recommended Purina Pro Plan Puppy Formula. I contacted pawTree support requesting to return the unopened food still in its original packaging. The reply stated I needed to pay the return FedEx shipping. FedEx ground, the cheapest shipping, would cost $68.05 for return shipping. I called PawTree and waited a long time to speak with a manager who told me their satisfaction guarantee didn't cover unopened food. He had no empathy for our poor puppy and could care less we had incurred a $1200 vet bill as a result this terrible food. They're a SCAM and I got fooled. Buyer Beware. They are an unscrupulous money hungry company with no compassion or regard for your pet's wellbeing

Micro Mini Bernedoodle purchased at 13 weeks old from breeder. He was fed your food and per our contract, we were required to purchase your food.
Puppy experienced severe projectile vomiting 2 days after we got him. Would not eat your kibble.
Rushed him to emergency vet on a Sunday and he was diagnosed with dehydration and dangerously low blood sugar. Puppy received intravenous fluids and antibiotics nausea medicine. Vet advised not to continue with your food. Administered critical nutrition wet food and he ate immediately. Recommended mixing critical nutrition food with Purina ProPlan puppy for small breeds and sensitive stomach.
Puppy is eating well and recovering. Your food was determined to be THE contributing factor to his diagnosis as it lacks the essential nutrients this Puppy requires

Our pups are very healthy and happy on PawTree products. We use a variety of things for their wellness. We have two small 10lb dogs, we have them on the kibble, freeze dried, 10 in multivitamin, salmon oil, immunoshroom, Gastro plus and most importantly the Plaque Control which helps their teeth! All their products are awesome! Our Bella and Cooper thank you! Everything is always fresh and packaged very well!

I have a 13 year old lab that in July 2025 had stopped eating, was falling down stairs, and declining quickly. We took her to our vet and was told there was nothing more they could do for her. She has been diagnosed with gallbladder cancer, Cushing's disease and degenerative joint disease. I took matters into my own hands and changed her diet and did some research and found that mushrooms are really good for dogs. That is when I found pawTree. I purchased the Immunoshroom powder and started adding that to her food twice a day and we saw VAST improvements. She was playing with our 2 year old Border Collie, going up and down the stairs and walks almost 2 miles a day with me and here we are a year later. Thank you pawTree for offering such amazing products to help us keep our furry family members a little bit longer.
