PAWTREE uses FedEx Delivery Service which is HORRIBLE!!
1. The order was confirmed ~August 2/3 but delivered via FEDEX over a week late. I had to purchase PAWTREE from Amazon. 2. On the website the photo of 5 lb Whitefish and brown rice doesn’t indicate it’s for dog or cat, so I received a bag of cat food. However, customer support refunded that charge to my credit card (5 star kuddos to PAWTREE customer support).

Shipping Dept. Fail
The delivery was awful - the box was crushed. My dog loves the Duck Mango freeze dried treats, but a bag is too pricey to worry about a lousy packing and shipping job.

Forced to use Paw trees dog food to keep health guarantees. I do not believe it’s good dog food. My puppy and other 2 dogs wil not touch it!
I do or believe it’s good business that person has to buy paw trees dog food because breeder says if we don’t then there is no guarantee on the puppies health because we wish to use a different brand of dog food, so no guarantee on puppies health.
