Really quick delivery, great customer service
Really quick delivery. Felt like we were getting a personal service even though we didn't visit the showrooms because of covid.
We got a good price for the items we bought and once unpacked, we were really happy with what we'd chosen.
Paul Stride were recommended by a friend of ours and I can see why. It's 'easy' to buy from a big business these days, but I feel much happier knowing that we are supporting a local business and that we could contact them easily with any questions.

Really great service
I purchased the BeSafe beltguard because my daughter keeps escaping from the straps on her car seat! I was pleased to find it at a local shop at the same price as online and with no delivery cost if I collected it. I had a call back within the hour to say that my order was ready to collect and to advise the shop wouldn’t be open at the weekend - I’m glad they called as that’s when I would have gone!
Really great service and as helpful as ever, which is very reassuring when it comes to buying safety products for your child or baby.

Parfait rien à dire ! Livraison en Chronopost de 2 sièges auto Britax en 48h vers la France! Et des prix plus que compétitifs avec le black friday, défiants toute concurrence ! Bref je recommande fortement Paul Stride, je regrette seulement de ne pas avoir connu ce site plus tôt! Vous pouvez vraiment y aller les yeux fermés.

Selling products not in stock
I ordered a car seat adapter, which was shown in stock. I completed the order, the money is withdrawn, but a day later got an email saying the product is not in stock. I wasted my time for creating an account, ordering the product, waiting a day and for waiting for a refund. They should keep their stock information up to date.

Many apologies for letting you down on this occassion. The stock stated that there was 1 item left in stock but unfortuanately this could not be found. As per our email to you we offered to refund your card or order the item back in for you to dispatch asap. You opted for the refund which is fine, we did get the items back in to stock within 7 days. We would prefer to keep you informed about our error as we did in this case rather than simply delay the shipment until stock arrives then send out without informing you.
