Easy to order and quick delivery... only downside is my african grey wouldnt leave it alone so it lasted a day so I have to keep re-filling it!

Next day delivery from ordering Monday…
Next day delivery from ordering Monday came Thursday so definatley wasn’t 24 hour delivery took a day off work on wednesday for nothing and the cleaning tray at the bottom is to short and falls through

Thank you very much for taking the time for leaving a feedback. Please allow me to address both of your issues.
1. If the product is faulty you are more than welcome to contact us on the email provided in the packing slip and we will be able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. So far we have not had an email in regards to this issue, therefore we cannot action it. I will send you a personal email so you can follow up if you wish to do so.
2. The delivery of this item is free. It is also clearly stated in the description of this item that it can only be shipped on a standard 3 - 5 days service due to it size. This information is also available in our Delivery information page.
The order was placed on the 2nd of April which was a bank holiday and it was shipped the following day 3rd April. The courier company delivered your order on the 5th which is within 3 days of despatched.
I do understand that you feel disappointed due to the speed of delivery, however we have done our best to provide all the information necessary on the website in regards to delivery.

One suggestion and that is to use a courier who provides tracking and can make the date and time of delivery visible on line.
