All staff that I interacted with have been helpful and informative as they helped me navigate through the process as a new landlord. Kurt Owen was professional and flexible, putting me at ease and guiding me through the process from viewing and valuation all the way to marketing my property. Ruby Mcgrath was professional and attentive when communicating between myself and tenants, keeping me posted throughout the whole process right up until move in day. Would highly recommend Parkers if you are looking for a friendly, professional and knowledgeable team :)

I have dealt with Harry Toop at Parkers since 2022 through more than one house move, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has always been extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with.

Parkers Earley has its strengths but also areas to improve. While staff like Ruby, Emma, Harry, and Paula were friendly, responsive, and efficient in addressing queries or helping with processes like selling or letting, there are concerns too. Some clients had great experiences with smooth transactions and timely communication, but others mentioned issues with unexpected fees and dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their service. Overall, it's a mixed bag, though the team’s approach is professional and welcoming for the most part.

Being a landlord with Parkers for few years I deal with lot of people at Parkers & their service is first class. However, I would like to make a special mention for Ruby who is amazing and really helpful. She is very polite & efficient and always provides first class service. Thank you to Ruby & everyone at Parkers for a great service year on year 😁

I have also visited their office in Reading and I must say they all have been super friendly and they were welcoming everyone with a big smile on their faces.
