I went twice to Everyman Winchester with my very disabled husband to see de Gaulle Part 1 and a few weeks later to see Part 2. On both occasions the guys/ushers looking after us were terrific getting my husband to his seat from his wheelchair and helping us when we left, supporting him outside to get back inside our car. A huge thank you to all of you and especially to Fred who was amazing.

We visited the Cambridge Everyman Cinema, our very first time! We couldn’t believe that nobody checked our cinema tickets we could have just walked in and not paid. Also we didn’t realise that you didn’t have your own table that you had to share with a stranger next to you!! Which we thought was disappointing if we had ordered food we couldn’t have used the table. We was so disappointed with our visit to Everyman Cinema in Cambridge and it definitely was so over priced for the very shambles of the Cinema.!! If you are thinking of going please don’t waste your money!!.

celebrated my birthday here yesterday and honestly could not have asked for a better night. We shared the trio platter, which was delicious and perfect for sharing, and the drinks were great too. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my birthday special. A big thank you to Liam, the head chef, and the whole team for being so lovely and welcoming. It was the best birthday a girl could ask for. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back. Five stars!!!!!

We visited everyman at Oxted, what a great place and pleasant staff, and food. Only problem was the film Digger; we walked out after an hour.Just could not get into the Satirical thread it was trying to generate..

Fabulous cinema day at Everyman Harrogate. Saw Pressure this afternoon and loved it and have just seen Don’t Look Back in Anger which was SO good and such a feel good film with brilliant music and performances. The whole cinema day made absolutely perfect by the team at Harrogate who are always so hard working and provide excellent service. Delicious food and cocktails, couldn’t have been a more perfect Saturday. Thank you to Matt, Kaya and the whole team for looking after us so well. I especially enjoyed Kaya’s introduction to the film and these insightful gems always make me want to see every film showing!

Great cinema at Everyman Bristol. Lovely venue and really friendly staff.

Went as a family for my wife’s birthday and staff went out of their way to make her feel special.

Really shocking behaviour from staff who swore in front of my 5 year old child. Arrived 1 hour late to open up a children's movie and served stale food. The air con was not working on one of Britains hottest days of the year which they failed to notify customers about and were aggressive and rude when I requested refund. The staff hang out directly in front of the door smoking in front of the children entering the building. It used to be a lovely amenity in Hampstead however sadly the management has gone to pot and stafff speak and act disgustingly to customers.

Went for Star Wars Mandalorian film. Everyman used to be good. It used to be more comfortable than Vue cinemas. However since Vue went to recliners in all their seats, Everyman’s sofas are looking a little dated. Also for us taller people there is little support at the neck unlike with Vue’s recliners. The Everyman in Leeds is now looking shoddy. Carpets/flooring is worn. The toilets are looking like they’ve seen better days, there’s no hot water and they are badly maintained. You can order a drink or food to your seat but not during a show. The food/drink costs a fortune but you sort of expect that. The food isn’t that great either. Mountains of salt on glorified pub grub. Honestly, with some tickets costing £19.50 it’s really not worth the price any more. Everyman needs to up its game.

The service is really slow as a consequence you end up receiving your drinks at your seats anyway so why bother with going to the bar except that you wanted to drink on the nice seats at the bar

Poor staff, and customer service at all levels + no replies when e-mails are sent. I will be frank, where do they get some of these people that work in the cinemas, and who is choosing them? They have no customer skills, and can barely speak to the customers.....Crazy!!! A friend of mine went for a role at the Cambridge branch and was turned down, and he has worked as a supervisor and host at three of the most prestigious cinemas in London. My advice is to stick to Pitcurehouse for some quality service from a friendly and welcoming team.

Visited Everyman Cinema Screen on the Green recently and, as always, the venue itself is great and the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.

However, during the screening my phone and wallet were stolen from my bag without me noticing at the time. There was no disturbance or anything unusual, which is exactly the concern.

This is not a criticism of the staff, but it does highlight what feels like a significant gap in security. The fact that someone was able to enter or move within the screen and take belongings without any deterrent or monitoring suggests that the current setup makes this kind of incident relatively easy to carry out.

In particular, the entrance to the cinema appears to be open and not consistently staffed, meaning it’s possible to walk straight in and access the screens without any checks. That lack of controlled access is a clear vulnerability.

For a premium cinema experience, I would expect a higher level of protection for customers’ belongings — whether that’s more controlled access beyond the entrance, visible deterrents, or occasional monitoring during screenings.

Due to the amount of stress and time wasted dealing with the aftermath of this, I do think it’s important this is properly flagged rather than treated as an isolated incident.

I’ve raised this directly with the cinema and appreciate their response, but I think it’s important to highlight publicly as it’s something that could affect anyone attending.

Hopefully this is taken as constructive feedback and leads to some practical improvements.

this company does not reply to emails. In the past have always enjoyed ourselves. On our last visit the burgers were soggy and fell apart...not great when eating on ones lap, the screen 1 at the Maida Vale cinema was way too small for a big sci fi and i felt as if I was in my living room, and the final straw was £31 for 2 glasses of Merlot. Will never go back unless we get a response.

We go about once per month and really enjoy Everyman Altrincham. Comfortable, good service, nice atmosphere

A few of us went for the first time to the Wokingham branch and I must say we will definitely be going again! From the moment we entered the customer service was exceptional. The manager Luke and the catering staff were welcoming, friendly and Luke definitely deserves a pay rise for his leadership and customer service skills! Food was served in record time and was delicious. I will be going back with my kids next time for sure. Definitely an experience whether you watch a movie there or not and simply dine and catch up.

Chelmsford Everyman - They seated us and told us they would tell us when the screen is open. Many requests from them for an order for food/drinks then just ignored us. Went to go in the screen and was told again it was not ready and we would be informed when we could go in, they then totally forgot about us and the film had started. Really disappointed, they are just interested making money on food and drinks. Overpriced nonsense and the sofas are not comfortable. The popcorn was stale and had a weird taste. Don’t waste your money.

Everyman poor film choice
So disappointed with Everyman. I love going and have had 2 years of membership. But both years I’ve really struggled to use up the 6 tickets as the range of films is staggeringly limited. I did tell Everyman this and they extended my membership by a few weeks- but this was not enough time for me to use my 2 remaining tickets, so I lost them. What a waste of money!!

Most films were 15/18, so not suitable to take my daughter or often not inviting to me- most films advertised as containing violence, or disturbing images/sex and violence. Fine if that’s your bag, but otherwise very limiting.

The one time there was an interesting looking Spanish film, it was only on a few days and at times I couldn’t make.

I really feel they could offer a better service to account for their high prices! I won’t be going again.
