Unfortunately our flight to Granada was cancelled while we were in the airport by EasyJet, which meant our trip to Granada was cancelled because EasyJet only fly there on Thursday and Monday. Upon returning home, I transferred the flights to this Thursday 16/05/19, and re booked my car in with your company at an additional cost of £61.35p, to go with the £50.00p for the original booking. I have now Been informed by EasyJet that I am not entitled to any compensation, so through no fault of my own, it has cost me over £100.00p to park my car for our 4 nights trip to Granada. Surely we should be reimbursed at least for the original parking sum

Very quick handover of car keys and transfer to ferry terminal and speedily collected on return to ferry terminal and transported quickly back to car. Great that the luggage was loaded and unloaded by the drivers who were friendly and courteous. They did what they said they’d do!

We have booked via BCP for years. To drop the car off at Hampton by Hilton was as good as ever. Straight into the hotel complex and straight into the departure terminal, so straightforward.
The staff were courteous and most helpful on the drop off and collection. Thank you.

We have used the meet and greet at East Midlands on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff are helpful and friendly and it takes away any hassle. Would highly recommend

Use this car park every time we fly out of Newcastle. Easy to book, locate, enter, park, shuttle and exit. Drivers friendly and helpful. Good price. What more can be said?

I give it 5 star for pick up and return from the car park to airport but my only concern is only one bus on duty and to many people get left behind more buses please

Everything went to plan, service was quick and efficient. Drivers friendly and polite, would use again if flying from Birmingham.

Happy with BCP but Manchester Airport parking prices have become a joke. No problems on this occasion but share a previous concern that stickers on bus windows make it difficult to see stop numbers and no warning from driver about where you are. Drivers do vary so level of service depends on individual which suggests a lack of adequate training.

Used Jetparks 3 - we use this car 3 or 4 times a year for years - great value parking - only downside to the car park is the new road that has been opened near this car park, when we arrived back last night cars were backed up to Jet Park Plus which is next to Jet Park 3 and the traffic queuing to get off that car park was horrendous don't suppose the time we arrived back helped though 4.15pm.

Easy enough to understand once you have worked out how it works, car easy to find on return. Luckily the first bus driver we had taking us to the airport was great and made sure we knew how to get back.
The return bus driver was not interested and you had to keep your eyes pealed for your car location, he didn't even give a shout on the bus stop numbers.
The buses have stupid sun-shade type logos on the windows making it hard to see out in the dark.
How-ever it worked ok for me and would use again if the price is right

Great service all round. Even the shuttle bus driver had a sense of humour early in the morning. Definitely recommend this parking.

Rubbish never reads my number plate 3rd time going , but buses great always on time , but out of all the parking this is the best just please get it right .

Good directions little confused about the name of the car park but recognised number plate. Enough choice of spaces. No problems with buses... couple of minutes to wait to the airport maybe 5 minutes coming back. Bus stop easy to find. Drivers are polite. Important to me to keep the keys. Would use again and recommend.

great service from start to finish , bus waiting for us on arrival, and the speed of getting our car keys was fantastic, would always use.
