Lost items Shipped to Australia
Lost items Shipped to Australia . Beware!!!!!!
You may not lose all items but some. the unboxing and repacking at their Mumbai office is a grey area. Some nice items are lost and interestingly the cctv footage is shared upon request but the specific cctv footage for the item stolen is automatically deleted according to them.

Swift and reliable
Had to send 30 KG worth of goods to my sister in Australia from India; the parcel was picked up the next day after booking the service. Usually, packaging is done at your doorstep, but since my goods were pretty big, they recommended doing it at their warehouse, which I was okay with. Parcel Chief kept giving me regular updates from when the packaging was done up to when my sister received it. Reasonable rates and swift delivery and reliable

An excellent cargo experience from India to Australia
I was searching to send some printed small books from India to Australia for an affordable rate . Searched lot of websites and contacted many cargo/ courier companies for a reasonable rates . Finally I found Parcel Chief from Mumbai to send my parcel with a very special rate than no one offered either through phone or email. So grateful to Marziya whom I been communicating via email and by messages throughout the journey. She did a great job with her perfect on time communication made the whole process very easy . Items picked up very fast and door2 door delivery was very fast . All items packed well and received in an excellent condition. No damage to anything at all. I am very happy and proud to recommend Parcel Chief to anyone who wants to send cargo/ courier door2 door delivery from India to any country.

Very impressed with the speed in which Hussein called me after I made an enquiry via their website. Hussein was very knowledgeable and helpful which instilled my trust in using Parcel Chief to move our belongings from Goa to Scotland. I found their rates to b very reasonable. I particularly appreciated the fact that there were no follow up calls or emails, chasing me for a decision. Moving overseas is stressful enough. Our belongings were collected from our doorstep in Goa and delivered to our doorstep in Scotland. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Can go for their service
It was a great experience using your service.The pick up, the packaging and sending and not missing any products sent made you reliable service.
The service cost as well, seemed quite satisfied when checked with other courier services.
Marziya the poc communicated well right from taking the package till it reach to Adelaide, Was patient enough and answering my query every day whenever I asked whereabouts of the parcel. The service was transparent in showing us how much it weighed and opening and repacking things did not lose any.
It would help if you could have posted us daily at least one update on the parcel where about as the Dtdc was not updated at times.

Customer service was very responsive Ms Sakina
From Mumbai to Toronto my parcel took 21 days. Which was not a good transit time. The only good thing was the customer service from Ms Sakina it was excellent. Hope they improve their carrier services with whom the company works with.

Ship Fast with Care…
I availed the services of Parcel Chief to send a parcel from Chennai to London. It was a Wooden Art Stool with intricate artwork on it and so it had to be shipped with utmost care. I packed the item and informed them. They sent their person to pickup the package from home. Thereafter, Parcel Chief team coordinated seamlessly till the package was delivered to the destination. They were promptly giving me all relevant details whenever I was in touch with their team regarding the package. Their tracking system is awesome and I am happy that the item was delivered in good condition. Overall my experience with Parcel Chief is wonderful👌
