I found Parcel Chief quite caring & Reliable in handling International parcels from Door to Door,which relieves lots of headache to many citizens.Their courier partners are top notch & they take care for Optimising the Costing of the Shipment too.Have used their services recently for delivering 1 Parcel from Hyderabad to Athens,GA,USA,which took nearly 20 days,but they have capability to reduce the timeframe,I believe, Overall Good service,

Apart from the delay in delivery which was disappointing. However,like the swift responses from the team. Would be good if customers get to access the tracking from the day one..

Highly recommended
I ordered from India to Spain. Excellent service at an unbeatable price! They are very responsive, and the packaging was top-notch. Although there was a slight delay due to customs clearance, it was understandable. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will definitely order again in the future. Highly recommended!

Delivery and response is great
I had multiple small items and some dresses. All items were received in proper condition.they gave the photo of weight and price before they pay.
Price over 20kg is 495/kg is reasonable.response was prompt and quick during the service.

Parcel Chief International Delivery…
Parcel Chief International Delivery service is just great. Smooth process and clear communication. After I wrote to them online, I received a quote immediately. I then arranged a date for pickup. Spoke with their correspondent Mr. Hussain, who gave me tips on how to pack the items and also highlighted how to save space and make sure that actual weight and volumetric weight is almost the same to save the cost.
DPD was the local courier. Then at their office location in Mumbai, photos were taken of the box and all the items and it was weighed again. Cost was confirmed and payment link was sent. Once payment was done, the courier was sent out. Received the courier in UK with all items intact.... Very good service. Totally appreciate it.

Parcel chief courier is good and they…
Parcel chief courier is good and they sent quickly but the one thing I didn't like that given time to deliver by the parcel chief is failed it's took almost to 2 months to get my courier they said like 12/14 days but it's took 2 months so From next time onwards make sure that to deliver fast.
And my one of the thing Jacket was toren when it's came to my hand i don't wer it's damaged weather with the distribution or by parcel or custom . My jacket is almost 5000ruppes . So next make sure that to deliver safely..
