Not the drivers fault but despite…

Not the drivers fault but despite requesting to be delivered to an alternative address as I wasn't there they parcel was sent twice to the initial address. Otherwise the parcel arrived the destination as predicted , in 5 days

Very disappointed with parcel to go I…

Very disappointed with parcel to go I printed out label with address paid the fee but when I printed the label there was no barcode all details except barcode.Spent 45 min.on chat at your customer service who sent me a link which still would not print on label.They asked if I wanted to cancel and they said
I would receive refund within a a week it's now 4 weeks and I have not received
my refund as yet.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your label and then with getting your refund within the time frame.

I have checked your order and the label looks perfectly fine with the barcode on, not sure what went wrong but it looks like the issues were with your printer or its settings.

I have also chased the refund team about the refund request and it looks like it has not been finalised due to a system error and I do apologise for this.

We have transferred the money now and it should show up within your account shortly.

App worked well but impossible to find a pick up point that would accept the parcel

I found it very difficult to get the recommended pick up points..to accept my parcel even though it was within the allowed measurements for your parcel 2 go app. It took me three days to locate a DPD pick up point to deliver my parcel.

Everything over this side in Ireland…

Everything over this side in Ireland was perfect, however when my parcel was "delivered" in France, there was no email text or any communication as to where it was delivered, it wasn't delivery address. It was just a coincidence that we found out it was in local flower shop.... which we now know is a drp off point.

Very Disappointed - No Response to Claim

Lost/non delivered parcel. Followed all protocol and no response after 14 days. Cannot get to speak to anyone, phone number is just a recorded message. Live chat just hangs with no response. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. (P2G100300406)

Crooks (IMHO)

P2g charge you extra after the event for alleged under-declarations of weight / size and / or being improperly packed. When you dispute it, they demand you send them a photo of your parcel on a scale next to a ruler!!!! Yeh, right, we do that for every parcel we send out just in case! When say "Hey, wait, you say I did this, send me your proof (a photo)" and you get "We have no evidence. This is an automated charge. We can do this as per our terms and conditions. You are guilty. Prove us wrong". Presumption of innocence over guilt? Not at P2g. Respect of the law (The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, The Consumer Rights Act 2015)? Not at P2g.

RUN AWAY - I'VE WARNED YOU

Wasted hours upon hours of my time trying to get a parcel picked up. FOUR failed pickups. That means four times waiting around for Fastway to pick up a parcel. Truly disgraceful. I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy.
@Steph: You're company is a JOKE. I've already wasted enough time trying to get you to do the one thing you're supposed to do which is deliver parcels. No use coming to me afterwards feigning concern. Just get your act together and deliver parcels.
ADVICE TO ALL: DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO. BOOK IT DIRECTLY WITH THE COURIER SERVICE

Terrible to deal with

Terrible to deal with. My parcel (Fastway) was supposed to be delivered yesterday at the latest. A week later and still hasn’t even been collected. No customer service.

they are not interested in customers

Bad company. If you have a some kind of problem they fck you. If some parcel is lost they fck you. They just wrote some nice email to the courier company that you lost parcel adn that all. Every case is closed like lost parcel.
They dont push the courier company to check cameras record or something similar.
I do not highly recommend this company !

Needed to courier 2 boxes containing books. I came across P2G and they offered TNT or UPS. I choose UPS and filled out the shipping details and paid the requested amount. All is good so far, received confirmation via email and attempted to print the shipping labels. The customs invoices were correct, however, were no shipping labels! I clicked the “click here” for issues. I have been redirected to the P2G site and an interactive robotic contact form. I entered no label and received the answer” we are aware of the issue and it’s being worked on” allow 5(five) hours. Not happy with the response I started a chat with customer service, I was informed UPS Don’t collect I asked if I could drop off the Boxes and was told no that is not possible. I was then offered an alternative with TNT and she would knock 50% of the cost and I would have €20 to pay. Agreeing to this I asked how do I apply the offered discount? The original shipment had to be cancelled and refunded and the customer service representative wasn’t sure how to apply the discount offered. I was then told that the discount offered was not guaranteed! At this point, I was extremely frustrated and requested that the shipment be refunded.

This is appalling customer service they accepted the shipment and payment but failed to deliver. If the collection was not available from my location then the software should have informed me that collection was not available before payment. UPS have previously collected parcels from my address, I don’t understand why this was an issue.

I have booked the shipment with FedEx and will have to wait 5-7 days for the refund.

Never will I consider P2G for my shipping requirements. Buy cheap by twice.

UPDATE

Parcel2go contacted me following the review and we came to a mutual agreement. This does not change my initial review as this was factual. I thank them for immediately contacting me in an attempt to resolve this.

Good customer service

Good customer service was easy to deal with and package got to destination on time as expected nothing wrong to say and definitely use again when needed thanks guys !!!!

Satisfied costumer

We find DPD a fantastic service, there is never a problem except once my parcel wouldn't scan but I was helped by the most helpful and charming young lady. I will be using you again and again so keep up the good work and Happy Christmas everyone
