Long wait to hear decision of installing cat flap on my front door, it’s been about 3 weeks and I understand there is probably a long list of other applications, but this is not a very complex one. Also called just over a month ago to remove upstairs neighbour’s radiator from the garden, said they’d arrange for someone to collect it, but it’s still there and has been for a few months now…

Such lovely guy so friendly went above and beyond !!

I received my pet acceptance form on 22/01/25 whichI filled out and sent back that evening and got a reply accompanied by a letter of confirmation that I was indeed allowed to have my dog live with me the next morning 23/01/25 very swift process so I thank you Saskia.

I called moments ago about rebooking an appointment with my housing officer and spoke to a lovely Scottish lady named Claire.
She was a pleasure to speak to and feel terribly I didn't leave compliments to the surgery that follows the end of the call, so writing this review to make up for it.

I was really impressed with the customer service and repair engineer regarding a repair. I was contacted throught the time i reported the repair, as well as by the technician on when he will arrive which was very helpful. The communication i had over the phone with the customer service team as well as face to face with the engineer was positive. They were professional, respectful, helpful and friendly. The timescale from reporting the repair and completion of the job was within good time in a matter of days. I was also given useful advise to prevent the issue in future. Thank you for a great service 10/10 👍

Ms Rosebell, the c at Paradigm was very helpful in solving our complex problem of selling our ex-shared ownership home which had legally multiple stakeholders who needed to come to an agreement and therefore regular coordination and follow-up was needed for which all the help was provided in an encouraging, patient and positive manner. The customer service from the HomeOwnership Team was brilliant, the help, and, support we recieved was amazing. Really helpful advice and great service provided by the team. The team are friendly and personable, which makes all the difference.

Waited for the guy to turn up late afternoon which he was very busy so no issues there also did communicate via the text link given, great service on sorting out my boiler water pump and adjusting it so it was square sitting both ways without the length of wood propping it up. Put in an advisory for the water pump to be replaced with a waste water pipe using gravity to sort out the new combination boiler. Will wait for this job to be arranged and approved. Polite and very friendly technician who was very helpful. 5 stars for the fella.

I started with a shared ownership 10 years ago I have staircased and now own the whole property which I am now selling and throughout all the various processes I have had to go through Paradigm and in particular the Home Ownership team have been by far the easiest company to deal with.

unfortunate to learn the tv arial that goes down every time it rains that paradigm make us (the entire block has no tv) for over 2 weeks to fix it. In this day amd age thos needs resolving and the system needs updating. Maybe individual trials for each flat would make more sense. or chanflge the location so it doesn't get wet and blown away from it's socket.
Also the heding around my flat. since 2018 I have been in conversation with every housing officer about the people that ise the grass to walk around my flat. my flat is all large windows around it and u can see right through. I'm a vulnerable disabled woman and have good morals and support those who need my help. I ask again to follow this up. flower beds were agreed at one side to deter the men walking around looking in and for a while worked. Then yesterday they chipped down to 2 feet !!!!!!!!!!!
I should not need t9 keep my curtains shut to keep the drug dealers away and or the men leering in at me. Would ypu put up with this. I have been Very very patient and I find this unacceptable. I would like further actu9n to be down. Or cameras put up. Or signs to say do not walk on the grass!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If this does not raise your attention I wipp again go to my local councillors and demand ypu move me else where. it really effects my mental healthwhen people (men) feel it is acceptable to walk around my flat rather than a pavement. My mental health spirals out of control and I feel frightened and even more vulnerable leaving me in a state that leelaves me shivering and crumbling until i start prayer to seek God's help as ypu (my support network) won't hear me. This really has gone on a long long time.

When paradigm send letters on rent arrears?? if you reply back to them within 2/3 days why does it always take them almost a month to reply? This is not their company policy.so should the h.o. be contacted on staffs misconduct??

Assisted me with a lease extension on my property and were great to deal with. Rosebell a homeownership officer was always polite, helpful and quick to reply to any queries I had.
