I have recently moved into a Paradigm flat.Since moving in I have found them very courteous and helpful especially when requesting repairs etc. Thankyou to all staff I have spoken to.

Matthew was a superb star, we had no hot water or heating and he arrived on time, completed the job, communicated throughout and advised any issues to call back
Had a lot of respect towards me and even waved and talked to my 10 month old great granddaughter

Jason arrived very quickly and got the job done communicated well,thanks to paradigm Housing repair team who was swift in solving the issue.

Melanie came to replace new taps in my bathroom - bath and sink...
She was kind and respectful throughout, explaining to me what she was doing... What a lovely lady she is... 5* Service from Melanie... Thank You...

Very helpful respectful and friendly team

I was pleased with the service provided when I reported a repair. It was dealt with promptly and fixed on the 1st visit, on a day convenient for me. The quality of work was excellent and the communication from start of reporting the job and the job being completed was professional, respectful and very helpful over the phone, through reminders & through updates on messages and face to face. Overall i was happy with the service provided throughout.

Saskia has been absolutely amazing. She understood things were urgent & turned the enquiries around ridiculously quickly. She single handedly saved our chain from collapsing! Customer service at its best & we couldn’t be more grateful.

After 1st visit and had plaster ripped out looking for water leak, was told I need another visit to make good, living room was upside down and was thinking how long till next appointment, but they made a call and got Craig here next morning first thing so didnt have to wait long so could put living room back to normal.

Excellent clean, tidy abd professional workmanship carried out and cleaned up with no dust.

Thankyou as makes a big difference especially when you have kids in the house.

Unhelpful and rude and live in a block with no lift they don’t like to hear about people complaints about the block they just don’t want to help nobody

Technician came to repair me boiler and was very professional and explained to me what the problem was and he sorted it out.

A very personable man. Kept me informed what he was doing . Showed me what to do in the event of reoccurrence . Paradigm have been an amazing association. Any issue I have has been dealt promptly.

As a disabled person with many health problems and daily struggles i cant praise and thank them enough this company are very friendly and helpful staff who listen and care they go the extra mile to help im so greatful thank you so much.

The form I rec’d did not allow me to answer as clearly as I would have liked but the good desire of Paradigm to answer satisfy their tenants was worthy.From the form I recd Iwas not able to click on a link to send in my answers but I consider that Paradigm are trying to help and that is good isn’t it?also I was emailed by Paradigm to say my comments on my emails were being passed on.That was terrific response and shows how open and will img they are to help

I gave one star as I could not give Zero . Paradigm has become useless there operators are getting worse and worse , you can not speak to a housing officer as operators do there best to avoid that , you can’t even get there e-mail again operator won’t give it . All the answers are we will get them to call you as if we do not have to work . The rubbish has not been cleared up for 3 to 4 weeks and place getting full of rattans , operator suggest for me to dispose of it somewhere else I would like to see high management getting involved and or CEO . The famous answer is we will call you as if we don’t have jobs

Paradigm failed me. They refused to recognised domestic abuse and sided with the abuser. They went on to refuse to help me and condemned me to homelessness due to their lack of empathy and blaming red tape for their inaction.
I lost everything.
Shame on Paradigm.

Moved into a brand new property had had major issues with mold its everywhere and now over my sofas bed and cloths every thing is destroyed suffer with mental health and this has really got me depressed

Saskia was fantastic and really helped me sort out a long term IT problem.

She was amazing.
