Thank you for reaching out, I think there has been some confusion, and issues communicating.
I can see that you ordered the grey oak panels which are light, and you weren't happy with them, however what you received was exactly what you had ordered. I can see the CS team have replaced these with a darker colour free of charge for you and these were delivered to you on the 16/12.
I do hope these are a colour your prefer, and that you get a chance to update this review.

Took a while to arrive and damaged
Delivery time was quite long.
Item damaged one slat on the end of each of the 3 panels I bought was cracked right in the middle. Not ideal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I was saddened to see that despite having damaged panels and leaving a review here, you never reached out to us via, email, chat or phone to give us the chance to replace the panels for you, which I'm sure if you look at some of the 5star reviews we have, you would see that we do whenever there is damage caused in transit.
Even if you didn't want some replacements or were able to work around the damage we could have offered you a partial refund on the panels for the inconvenience.
We hope despite this you are happy with the end result, we hate thinking you're living with our products and not completely satisfied, when we know we could have helped.

Excellent product, delivery and overall service
I purchased some white on white slat panels and am absolutely delighted with them! They are much better quality than others I purchased and paid twice the price for. I wish I had known about Panelhaus then. The backing is thick and firm and the slats themselves are at least a cm thick, giving a really premium feel. Delivery took about 10 days so very happy overall with the service. Also, they have a chat bot which does seem to be an actual person, rather than a faceless bot - a real bonus.

Yes the chat is a real person, which might mean we reply slower than a robot, but we agree is definitely less frustrating than being stuck in a loop and getting no where with the bot.

Poor quality, high price…
I ordered these panels over some from the panel wear house and I regret it truthfully. These ones were more expensive than the others yet worse quality, only veneered on the front and splintery as heck! I was using a circular saw as I did with the others I have bought and they were just tearing the bottoms of the veneer… really poor quality, they’re also just stapled to the felt rather than glued and this means they can’t be cut very well without the strips being off center. The join gaps are also larger than the normal gaps even after re fitting 2 times. Not very happy with these to be honest, but they are on the wall and will serve a purpose.

The packaging is damaged and the boxes were left out in the pouring rain. I’m yet to check the condition of the panels.
