NI Consignment
We very rarely send oversea parcels. We used Pallet2Ship for a NI consignment and Andreea was amazing, helping us each step of the process to complete forms. Absoutely recommended!
Three absolute highlights:
1) Really good communication throughout
2) Great price for our pallet delivery
3) Not only was there no fuss in collecting an awkward heavy pallet but the driver came with an electric pallet truck and was really helpful getting it where I needed it. Not sure if that's normal but I was really grateful

Great experience with them for the…
Great experience with them for the first time using their service, even have been a small problem as I misread the mails from them. But one day before the collection I just phone them up just to confirm the pallets have been booked in, surprisingly they wasn’t due to my side failure to provide the info they needed, but talking to Rafael it made it everything so simple and helpful, so he booked the pallet for the next day. A great experience from beginning to finish as the pallets been delivered safely.

The Driver was persistent (his map lead…
The Driver was persistent (his map lead him to the wrong entrance) but he kept looking till he found the property. The Driver was very helpful in the unloading of the pallet and friendly and courteous. A very pleasant experience and a credit to the company

Customer service well above and beyond
Customer service well above and beyond, strong communication, quick resolution. Nikki's been absolutely brilliant to work with and made an otherwise painful process very smooth, reaching out unprompted with updates and suggesting different solutions.
Will use Pallet2Ship again for that reason alone. Platform is also intuitive and much easier than all the other options I was muddling through before

Pallet of Batteries from Germany to Ireland
Dan at Pallet2Ship looked after a custom quote for transport of batteries on a pallet from Germany, he was very responsive & followed up / ensured timely delivery, I couldn't get a response off another large shipping agent/household name, would highly recommend Pallet2Ship - have used a lot of other shipping agents & this was a very good experience

A bit lack of communication to let me…there would be no pickup on the Thursday
A bit lack of communication to let me know there would be no pickup on the Thursday, I had a relative sit in my house ALL DAY for nothing. I then had to take a holiday off on the Friday and wait on the pickup. The driver was brilliant handled the pallet and on his way. I was also pleased to find out it still arrived on the Monday as scheduled
