Beautiful shop
Beautiful shop. We bought a sofa there. It’s a lovely sofa, and the customer service was excellent. We wanted a colour which was not in the samples provided and they were able to arrange this effectively which I was very grateful for as sofas are not what the shop mostly speciaslises in. I’d happily shop there again.

Good Morning,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a kind review!
It’s great to hear you enjoyed the shop and that your sofa has worked out so well. We’re glad the team could help arrange the colour you had in mind too, especially with sofas being a little more of a guest appearance for us than the main act.
Thank you again for shopping with us. We’d be delighted to welcome you back whenever you next visit.
Kindest regards,

Beautiful craftsmanship and exceptional service.
We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Painted on our chest of drawers. The colour matching was nothing short of incredible. The piece now blends so perfectly with the rest of our bedroom furniture that you would genuinely never know it wasn't originally part of the same collection.
The finish, attention to detail and quality of workmanship have far exceeded our expectations. What was once a lovely piece of furniture has been transformed into something that feels entirely bespoke to our home.
Throughout the process, Laurene and the team were professional, patient and a pleasure to deal with. It is rare these days to come across companies that combine such craftsmanship with genuinely excellent customer service.
We would not hesitate to recommend Painted and will certainly use them again in the future.

Dear Alena,
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a kind review!
We think this lovely feedback may have taken a little detour and landed with us by mistake. From what you’ve written, it sounds as though another company carried out the work, and we’d hate for Laurene and the team who helped you to miss out on such a glowing review.
It may be worth double-checking the company name so your thanks reaches the right people. They’ll be over the moon to receive it!
And, of course, if you ever do need painted furniture in the future, you’d be very welcome to have a look at our website!
Kindest regards,

We needed a smaller office set up…
We needed a smaller office set up and found the small work desk that would fit perfectly in an alcove. We visited in Cirencester and received a great welcome and a chance to view the furniture, paint colours etc. Delivery was 12 weeks and duly arrived, carried upstairs (tricky) by the delivery guys. All very efficient and great to deal with.
Quality of the furniture is excellent. The sliding work surface is solid but having used it, feel it would benefit from a mechanism/catch to hold it in place once open.

It’s great to hear the small work desk fitted so well into your alcove, and that visiting the Cirencester showroom helped with choosing the furniture and colours in person. We’re also glad the delivery team managed the upstairs access carefully and that everything arrived as expected.
Thank you as well for your helpful feedback on the sliding work surface. We’re pleased the quality of the piece has impressed overall, and we’ll certainly take your comments on board.

Absolutely Fabulous
I took a long time to choose the piece of furniture that I wanted to fit the space. It was pretty difficult to find because of the proportions I needed, things were either too big, or too small. And then I found The Painted Furniture company!
A company that allowed me to build my own dresser for the space. It was a very easy, and most enjoyable process, the website allowed me to alter the style, alter the colour, and alter the size until I found my ideal unit. I could even choose my own colour from an F&B colour chart. After 12 weeks my dresser arrived, and I must admit I was slightly apprehensive, but as they put it into place, I became delighted. It is absolutely fabulous, and far exceeds my expectations. It is so well-made, and the quality is amazing.
I haven’t finished dressing it yet, but when I do, I will add a photograph or two.
I won’t hesitate to recommend or to use The Painted Furniture company again, I am so very pleased.

Good Morning,
Thank you so much for leaving us such a brilliant review!
It’s a joy to read how your dresser came together, especially after such a careful search for the right size and proportions. Finding a piece that truly fits a space can be a bit of a furniture treasure hunt, so we’re delighted our made-to-order options helped you create exactly what you had in mind.
We’re also really pleased the process felt easy and enjoyable, from adjusting the style, colour and size through to seeing the finished piece placed in your home. That little moment of wondering “will it be right?” before delivery is very understandable, so it’s wonderful to hear the dresser exceeded expectations once it was in position.
Thank you again for your recommendation. We hope you have great fun dressing your new dresser, and we’d be delighted to help again whenever the next space needs its perfect piece.
Kindest regards,
