10/10 service for international removals

10/10 service. David at Pack&Send handled my removals from the UK to Spain and made the entire process easy and stress free - arranging removers to collect all my things, packing those up (including wrapping various large paintings to avoid damage in transit), and then dealing with all of the international transit and customs forms. Absolutely brilliant service and would 100% recommend them. Thanks David!

They go Above and Beyond

I had this company ship a number of smallish boxes to Australia and am so impressed with their efficiency. They continued to communicate throughout the shipping process. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I would certainly use them again.

Ruined RTX 4090 video card and refuse…

Ruined RTX 4090 video card and refuse to take responsibility.
They say they specialise in desktop packaging, but all they did for a 2 kg card - put some supportive foam. Didn't even take it off the PCI slot. Of course it broke in transit. Now they give me a list of excuses, like that the package addressee has opened it instead of me (wtf?!). Basically saying I can't prove it's their fault - how is it even possible?
They say after I paid 300 for delivery, I had to also pay for insurance if I wanted to claim anything. Though I bet all the same "arguments" would have been applied to the insurance claim to reject it.
So... convenient service, but they can ruin 1500 GBP of equipment and have zero responsibility over it.

UPD: no, the damage looks exactly like the card was twisted down in place, like when the box was placed on the ground firmly. It doesn't need much, it's 2.2 kg card. The box doesn't need to be damaged for that.
As for insurance, I see no reason you wouldn't use exactly the same excuses to deny the claim.

We take all feedback seriously but we must clarify the facts regarding this shipment based on our records. Our packing report confirms the PC was internally protected with anti-static material to prevent movement during transit. Because you noted that the box arrived in perfect condition, there is no evidence of the significant impact or mishandling required to cause internal damage.

The specific damage to the PCIe corner is consistent with a forced release of the latch rather than vibrations from shipping. As our team did not seat the GPU ourselves, we cannot verify its original condition or the integrity of the installation. Furthermore, because the package was opened by a third party and no photos were taken of the internal packaging immediately upon arrival, we cannot verify the state of the protection at the time of delivery.

Finally, as the optional damage insurance for this high-value item was explicitly declined at the time of booking, we are unable to accept liability for this claim.

Professional and Efficient

Excellent service from Pack & Send Spitalfields. They were helpful and patient as I added items to my quote, advised which items should be professionally packed, which I could do myself. I had questions about the paperwork as my items were inherited. They gave good information and I had no problems with the French customs. It was a difficult time for me following the death of a loved one, and I'm grateful for the stress-free handling of my shipment which arrived unscathed.

Transporting a keyboard from the UK to Italy

I needed to transport a keyboard, keyboard stand and amplifier from the UK to Italy, all of which had to be picked up, packed and shipped by Pack & Send. Notification of the pick-up came in advance, the pick-up itself was on time and the instrument was securely packed. Everything on the UK/Pack & Send side of the transport went without a hitch.
Problems arose when only 2 of the 3 items were delivered in Italy. Naturally, it was the keyboard, the most expensive item, that went missing. Fed Ex/TNT (the Italian delivery company)records indicated (incorrectly) that all 3 items had been delivered. We complained to Fed Ex. We were advised to download and monitor CCTV video to verify what happened - not so easy in Italy due to laws protecting privacy. It took a few days before we were able to see the video that confirmed the fact that only 2 packages had been delivered.
During this time (about a week) I was in daily email contact with Pack & Send UK's Diyora Sadinova, who was unfailingly kind and helpful, monitoring the situation from her end of things, advising us and intervening on our behalf whenever possible.
Although I was extremely anxious about the missing keyboard, Ms Sadinova's positive suggestions and responses made me feel that she had my back ... that she was as committed to finding the keyboard as I was. A bright light in an otherwise dark period.
Then, 7 days after the two items were delivered, we got a call from Fed Ex/TNT saying the keyboard was on its way! Luckily I happened to be at home. I barely had time to slip on my shoes when the deliveryman was ringing the doorbell. He had no explanation for the delay and pleaded: 'Don't blame me!' (in Italian: 'Non la prendi con me!' )
We were so relieved to get the keyboard that we didn't insist on an explanation just then ... or apology for that matter, which in any case was never proffered by Fed Ex/TNT.
So, I would give full marks to Pack&Send UK, and award honorable mention and thanks to Diyora Sadinova for her professionalism. As for Fed Ex/TNT ... the less said, the better. They not only got the delivery wrong, they put us on the defensive by continuing to post on their track log that they had delivered 3 packages. To protect ourselves we had to download the CCTV footage, etc. You can imagine the time and bureaucratic hassle all that took. And never a word of explanation or apology from Fed Ex/TNT. But at least I got the keyboard, albeit 7 days late.

Had an issue sending a Scooter I…

Had an issue sending a Scooter I purchased online to a friend of ours in Lithuania. Pack and Send were very helpful where DHL were not. You pay a little bit more but for specialised items such as these it is worth it as nearly everything is handled for you. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Service from PACK & SEND Spitalfields!

I had a very good experience with PACK & SEND Spitalfields. From the beginning, they were helpful and professional. They answered my questions quickly and explained everything clearly.

What I liked the most is that they took care of everything – they picked up the parcel, completed the customs forms, and made sure the delivery was smooth. I didn’t have to worry about any step.

Although the parcel was quite bulky, it arrived on time and in excellent condition. I had tried to send it with other companies before, but it was very difficult and confusing. With PACK & SEND, it was easy and stress-free.

Fantastic service all round

This company provided fantastic, friendly, professional service from the first contact right through to completion. We had a very heavy, difficult yet fragile package to be sent and they stayed in constant touch with us throughout the whole process, informing us of changes (needed to be re-packed) and helping us with logistics by tracking themselves and keeping us informed. The packing was perfect, really well done. We had to have frequent contact with them as it was a complicated process and they were always friendly and helpful, no matter how often or trivial the contact. A wonderful service. 6 stars!
