The product was really good quality, slight hiccup in the delivery but all sorted in the end.

Edit: Now received and looks lovely . Can’t comment on how well it works as it is a Christmas gift but looks good quality and was well wrapped.

Hoping that this is just a mistake but ordered a present for my Dad as a special Christmas gift and am now concerned that I have lost £140. I have sent an email, Instagram and Facebook message but have received no reply. From other reviews, it seems this is not the normal service but this has caused me enormous anxiety and I am so upset that I can’t even now afford to buy from another seller

The custom cut branding set and the stock letter and number set are made very nicely and packaged very well. I am extremely pleased with the results so far. I was surprised to see they are made of brass and a lot of care has gone into their making. The electric heater is robust. Overall, very pleaser I went to Mike’s Outpost Workshop.

Update 26th November - my product has now arrived and I'm delighted with it. Don't worry if you don't get much communication- they are busy! But the items now arrived. I didn't get a chance to discuss the design with them beforehand which was a worry because I didn't know if I'd sent the right info - but they got it just right, so all's well that ends well.

7th November - I suspect, from these reviews, that Mike is an excellent guy. Perhaps something is happening at the moment - I don't know. But I placed an order and my money has been taken, with no response whatsoever. I'm quite worried. I doubt it's a scam, but I'd suggest holding off placing an order until the communication issue has been resolved, because currently I'm £148 down with no product and no confirmation email, a bit unsettling.

its a great tool and well made but it's hard to figure out a jig to make it centered and consistent

Absolutely brilliant!! This is the second branding iron I’ve had done, but this time - I went for the electric version which is so much easier and the results are more consistent. My new design came out perfect, I could not be happier - it looks awesome!!

Good communication with Outpost Workshop. I received the branding ironing a few days ago and it was just what I required. It's already been put to good use.

Very quick and easy experience. Uploaded all my details online and then waited on my personalised stamp for my business. It was fabulous when it arrived, exactly what I needed.

The stamps are really excellent. They look beautiful in their box and, more importantly, produce crisp and stylish results. Professional quality and highly recommended.
