Placed my first order with Outdoor Gear last week. Order arrived next day. I needed to return one item which I did on Saturday (which was easy to do) My refund was processed on the Tuesday. Doesn't get any better than this.
Will be shopping here again

Ordered some Craghoppers waterproof trousers, which were at a very competitive price, and they arrived next day with FREE delivery. Great price and great service, couldn't be happier.

Never heard of Outdoor gear until I purchased a jetboil Zip from Amazon. And I must say a great customer service ethos.
I thought I had been sent a faulty product but it wasn't it was the gas cylinder. They bend over backwards to help me. I believe I was talking to Will Sheard, and he was very helpful.

Bought a Berghaus jacket delivered the next day .I also phoned the company and the woman was very helpful and sent me email with details of delivery within 5 mins .Would use again without hesitation .the jacket itself is excellent .

I ordered the Jack Wolfskin Helium down Jacket yesterday at 2.50pm.It arrived the following morning by 10.30am.The jacket is beautiful,and the size exactly matches the companys size guide.I know were to go if I require outdoor gear.I would highly recommend this company.First class clothing and first class service.

I Ordered at 16:30 on a Friday and it arrived 10:30 the next day. Not many companies can match that.

Unbelievable price cheapest by far that i could find and super quick delivery a great combo. 100% Will be using this lot again.

Initial problems with the website caused a little frustration, and delayed delivery. I may have been rude :( When the product arrived, a problem was found with the stitching. This was not outdoorgear's fault. I returned the item for exchange. The service received completely restored my faith in this company. The order screen may not be the easiest on a mobile, but they answered the phone and dealt with the problem very efficiently.

I was in touch with the company for the first time in June when looking for a good deal on men's TEVA sandals. My experience when I called to them was great-spoke to really helpful guy. Delivery experience was excellent. And TEVA sandals, if you are a fan of TEVA, are of course excellent. I bought the Hudson's sandal in charcoal grey. Very comfortable and easier to keep sweet-smelling compared to the more standard and more expensive leather TEVA men's sandal which has a material covering the sole which is more difficult to keep sweet-smelling. OutdoorGear price better than TEVA and other suppliers I considered. Would definitely use company again! Thanks.

With the market flooded with suppliers I'd have hoped for better service.
A mistake at their end did in all fairness leave me with a great priced tent but the service (particularly over the phone) was unfriendly and unhelpful when dealing with an issue over the return of a second item. It wouldn't have been hard to put it right in fair manner and gain a repeat customer. Really disappointing service, I won't be back and watch out for pricing errors on the website being re-clawed.

Ordered online using PayPal. My profile within PayPal includes my post code and house number. Never had any problem with merchants failing to filter these address details into their own and their carriers address labels.

In the absence of the house number DPD stopped in our 13 house close ten minutes into the one hour delivery slot and I could not catch the driver. The house number was missing.

What upset me was that the representative of Outdoorgear blamed me. It appeared that Outdoorgear staff do not understand post codes and do not look at the address labels so they are unable to override a failing system.

I will not use Outdoorgear again because the Company and the Staff are clearly not committed to custoner satisfaction from the point of ordering to the point of delivery.

Great price - shirt was £19 cheaper than Craghoppers own site! AND ordered it at 3,30pm Thurs, confirmation email within 30 minutes, received 1st post Friday - and we live in the far North on Hadrian's Wall! Website very user-friendly. Having available sizes alongside shirt colours made selection simple. I will always check out this site in the future when buying hiking gear.
