I ordered my boots 3 weeks ago and still have not received them. My name is Margaret Evans and it was 2 pair of flexable womens ankle boots. They were $19.99 each. They were advertised on facebook a lot. Would like to know what has happened to the boots and when might I expect them. They were charged to my charge card on 12/5.

There was a mistake in my order which lead to my order being doubled. I received a confirmation email with no information about the extra charges which had been made.

The extra order was made entirely silently but I was charged double the price for the order. They then sent me twice the amount of clothes I ordered and refused to take any responsibility for their error when I brought it up.

Quick delivery, and good service. Promptly issued a partial refund on request after the price dropped shortly after my order.

Looking for some waterproof, breathable trousers to wear for dog walking - after doing a bit of research online I knew what I wanted and was amazed when I found exactly what I wanted at almost half the price of anywhere else on the internet or in local shops. Purchased hunter Wellington boots 8 months ago. Thought they would last a lifetime. Fast forward to August and they'd ripped on all sides. Contacted outdoor gear to see what could be done and they were very helpful. Replied within a day to July email and gave me a replacement pair without any issue. Sent the old pair back using free returns service.
