OK so the zip broke on my Zero wetsuit but after a couple of emails, had a replacement within 48 hrs, no quibble, no return required. Will buy from this company again

If you lose a fin or break a leash, they cant replace them and they tell you to go on ebay and try and find somewhere else 👍

I ordered a changing robe which I had to return as it was too small. Initially the service was good, robe arrived on time and was good quality. The issues arose when I had to chase up the return. When I phoned to get an update, after waiting in the phone for 30mins to get speaking to someone, I was told the systems were down and I should call back in an hour. I called back to be told that I would have to wait another week for the refund to be processed. If I hadn't received in a week I should call back. I left it for a week, no refund so I called back. Systems were down again and I needed to call back in an hour! I called back and waited for almost 40mins before I had to hang up as no one answered. Called again about an hour later, 20mins this time before I managed to get speaking to someone who said the systems were still down and could I call back in an hour! After explaining that I wasn't happy to phone back considering I had been queuing for an hour already I was told by the agent that they would email me back with an update....no email was received. Tried to call again.....another 20mins in a queue with no response and then the automated message changed to the office is closed! So I am still no further on, no refund, no email and no idea when I will get a resolution. Shocking customer service!!!

fantastic wetsuit, quick postage. Returns process was a bit of a faff and shame returns are not free (I ordered 2 to check size) .

Item was ok..lower half fit fine, top half a bit loose, but followed the fitting guidelines

I purchased a scooter which had some damage and the brakes weren’t working as well as I would have expected. I complained straight away and was given the option of a replacement or full refund. I found their customer service to be fantastic with no quibble regarding my dispute, just great customer service.

Zero to none customer service that will advise you!?! Sizes on the site don't match my size, I'm 5'8" 14½stone, normal clothing Large? On there site off the scale as a XXXL? 🤔 not available with no advice?
Bought a large doesn't fit? Been charged a£4 admin fee to send back plus have to pay for own return postage?!?
Don't bother with this company go to a supplier that will give you advice and guidance instead of ripping you off with return costs!

I have purchased 4 items from Osprey now, all have been spot on.
On my last order the courier managed to lose it and told me to contact Osprey who dealt with it swiftly and had a replacement on its way, express delivery the same day. Cannot fault their customer service, I would order with confidence.

Great delivery service but wetsuit was a little smaller than advertised.

Buying a wetsuit online for your kids can be a nightmare..... until now! Osprey's website was easy to use, sizing was spot on, pricing was good, delivery was quick. And best of all.....when the wetsuit was on...it fits perfectly!! Add in the quality and comfort of the product, its been a great purchase. Highly recommended to all.
