Both Disney and Universal tickets were delivered either as an electronic ticket (Disney) or paper ticket (Universal), which all worked with no problems. Would thoroughly recommend this company and the ticket prices were the cheapest we could find.

I am very sceptical when it comes through booking through sites like this, I recently booked tickets for Universal and Disney back in 2023 and it was legit and easy to do so, probably the cheapest ticket prices too. I then contacted the same sale person and they got back to me quickly (here in 2025) to book another trip next year, the same sales person was still there and offered me cheap tickets again!

Great company to buy tickets off, recieved tickets in an email 1 week after buying them online which it stated when i bought them, quick an easy to print tickets when arrived at the parks & worked 100% for our whole trip ! I will be buying again off this site !

Great company, bought tickets at a great price. Realised I was tight on time and needed some free days back, managed to cancel for a small fee and the team were great. Easy to contact and promptly sorted, would definitely use again. Thanks

I emailed the customer helpline and Simon Everett picked up on my issue and within a return email had sorted how my problem. which was basically I could no longer go on the holiday so I needed to know how do I cancel one of my tickets and remove the others four from my Disney account and then place the other four onto another account the remaining party ... he was excellent

Says accepts AMEX as checkout but declines payment and suggests using Debit card - I'm not paying $9,000 on my debit card Then on checking T+Cs AMEX is excluded

Have always used them for our attractions tickets, if you have a question they will answer the phone or email and get back to you promptly too. Been going to Florida for two decades now and have used Orlando Attractions for a huge portion of those years.

Was easy to book but would be useful if you also took American Express credit card

This is our 20+ visit to Florida, I have a wife who never grew up. I researched the tickets and prices and Orlando Attractions were the cheapest with the most bang for your buck, I ordered the ticket and received them within the 7 day period. There was a slight hiccup with the incorrect Seaworld ticket being issued. I called and received the correct ones within the hour.

We purchased a combo ticket for 14-days at both Universal and Disney World. We compared a lot of different sites and this came out as the cheapest but a not insignificant margin. The tickets were easy to redeem, worked perfectly and all contact with the company was great.

Have used three or four times now. They are the cheapest I can find and they always deliver on time. I would definitely recommend, and I would use them again!!

I admit I was a bit skeptical about buying tickets here because it sounded a little to good to be true but all went very smoothly and when contacting them they were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended. Also we had the most amazing time at the Orlando parks 😍

After much research we decided to use Orlando Attractions for our Universal Tickets in Florida. This was a 1 day ticket at either Universal Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios, plus one day at Epic Universe (to be used within a 5 day period).

The ticket voucher was sent by email in the timeframe given and worked flawlessly at the Will Call booths at Universal. Was easily able to add to the Universal App and worked fine on the second day.

I would use again and highly recommend Orlando Attractions.

Really great company always have great prices.
I haven’t given them 5 stars due to their website being difficult to navigate, I think they need a better drop down menu. I also was disappointed the Universal ticket had to be redeemed in Orlando rather than a QR coded ticket.

Just returned from a two week stay in Orlando as a family of 7. Noticed this company online and it’s very competitive rates for park tickets . Was dubious but trusted the reviews online. Needn’t have worried ! Very quick reliable service , bought tickets , tickets arrived electronically with instructions of how to use in the parks . All incredibly smooth service which worked well with no problems . Thank you . Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Second time I’ve used this website for Disney passes. We are going at Christmas this year for the Very Merry Mickey Party and a day at the parks. So easy to use…once you get the link you add it all to your My Disney Experience app and you’re ready to go. It does take 7 days to get tickets so don’t wait until the last minute.

I had concerns my tickets wouldn't arrive in time as I only ordered within 48 hours of leaving the UK. Fear not I contacted via phone and I was given a code to input and promised the tickets would come via email the next day, and they did! Easy to use, we went to Universal on our first day after 6pm (free parking!) and then exchanged the code for the proper tickets. It's a great time to do this as its quieter and we then rode some of the rides until 9pm (closing). A great company who were the cheapest and also had good response times. I was initially sceptical, but as others have said they are a first rate company! Thank you Orlando Attractions.
