The clarity, consistency and colour of the illuminated logo are excellent, and the quality of the screen-printed logos clearly reflects Orisec’s exceptional in-house print capability. Support and responsiveness during the custom cover design process were first class, with fast turnaround and delivery. Installation is straightforward, build quality is excellent, and performance has proven extremely reliable. Key USPs such as retained cover locking screws, a hinged front cover, and true one-off printing make this product stand out.

I have nothing but praise for this company. Their brilliant kit is reliable, versatile, and works seamlessly across a wide range of environments. With options to suit almost any setup, and a commitment to continuous development, they clearly care about staying ahead of the curve.

Orisec has been my go to Intruder Alarm product now many years, with the reliability, great technical support, easy ordering process and the great support from Ryan my Orisec rep, I can't see me using any other product for a long time yet.

Excellent customer service. They can't do enough to help you out. Only been installing for around 6 months but can't fault it so far.
The only negative reviews you will find are from end users wanting technical help with their system. Orisec only distribute to installers which helps them cut down on technical issues and faults arising from bad installations.

We feel so supported by the team at orisec. They are always looking to improve there products and with the new improved aerials on the bells and panels etc the wireless strength has improved massively.

Ryan has been spot on from the start, not your average Sales guy… no pushy tactics and has done everything he said he would, really happy with his service and his products

Best Intruder alarm manufacturer on the market.

My experience of ORISEC ALARMS!
This company provide absolutely no support for the consumer. They only provide support for installers who instal their products.
Each call to installer, costing £200. The installer changes the 1234 engineer code to their own choosen number and not sharing with the customer either so if you have a power cut and you need to reset your alarm, you need to spend £200 to get the installer to do that which customers can do themselves also, randomly you get alert to say your bell is "tamper alarm". Customer service useless because they don't deal with the customers. Not sure if orisec or installer remotely controlling the system to make customers to call their engineers. I have an useless alarm since January 2024 which I am not able to use unless, I spend another £200. Completely lost my trust with this alarm system. If you want to have control over your security alarm then don't buy Orisec.

I wrote a negative report on my alarm around a year ago. I'm still having problems and as a single woman living on her own I rely on an alarm system. I haven't been able to set this alarm now for two days due to signal failure on the front door. The app is basic to say the least and the panel not user friendly. So another night with no alarm set. I'm having a new one asap, what a waste of money.

Don't waste your money. The alarm app is beyond useless. Despite multiple bad reviews on Google play by me and hundreds more by others the app hasn't been updated since 2018 and is not fit for purpose.

Brilliant kit along with fantastic sales and tech support teams. Been using over 3 years and very impressed so far.

Always receive first class service from Orisec, we've been using them for 5 years now, products are great and continuously developed, sales team are always friendly and on top of there game, Tech are quick and know there stuff if you need any assistance, a pleasure to deal with.

Ryan from Orisec is an ex-installer and thus offers real life installer views on the equipment and how best it can be used in different applications. Orisec's products are varied and have a product for most installations. You just need to get to grips with the various devices and understand how to get the best from them in the real world.
