Good quality sofa
The sofa is fantastic - good quality and easy to assemble. There was an issue with the delivery, and communication could have been better on the day, but I'm overall very happy and would use this company again.

I was emailed to say that the my armchair would be with me in the pm (no time given) it arrived in the morning when I was out, also the delivery driver dumped the armchair at the bottom of two flights of stairs. Due to a medical condition I could not lift the box up to my flat, terrible service.

worst customer service ever
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Jarred is the reason I have cancelled my order. He was insulting and rude throughout the entire unpleasant conversation. I hope to never have to deal with this company again. Terrible.
Update: I emailed 3 days ago with my complaint. Not had an email back. I sent them a message on Instagram. No reply back. This is the worst company I have ever come across in my entire life. Do yourselves a favour and stay well away.
16/02/25. Just thought I would post an update about the reply I recieved. To say that this company has "prioritised" My complaint is a joke.
I've still not has a reply back on any platform. So much for it being a priority.
