Good but...
There was a good range of furniture on the website. Delivery of the dressers and nest of tables went well, however the dining table delivery was scheduled then cancelled twice. Apparently there were none in stock at the manufacturer and that design is discontinued, but it is still showing as available on the website. Had to get a refund and order a different table from another supplier.

Love our new dresser and good communication from only oak through the process, however the big let down was the delivery service from the courier.
Waited in twice with no delivery and not any communication from them which was very poor.

Would absolutely avoid this company - look elsewhere!
Would absolutely avoid this provider. I ordered a kitchen island in mid October that was supposed to be delivered in November. Got a terse email saying that things were delayed but it would come in January. No attempt to try to explain or assist, provide discount or look for alternate options. Never heard anything back and then had to chase them down in January to be told it was now February. February comes and now am told they are not sure, but definitely not before my charity event on Feb 21st. Considering I ordered it 4 months prior, figured that was ample time. Not only did they not want to accept any responsibility for the delays, blaming vague suppliers and general supply chains (yet all my other furniture from other providers did not have 4 month issues), they were curt, unfriendly and did not make any attempts to solve the problem other than literal lip service and meaningless apologies. Even more frustrating was how un-proactive they were about notifying me about delays - every 4-6 weeks I had to email to find out the status of my product, only to be told 'oh we're really sorry but it's going to be further out now'. Mickey Mouse show, unprofessional and terrible customer service - there are lots of better options out there!

Very happy with the sideboard but delivery let it down
Very happy with the sideboard which is good quality, arrived well packed in perfect condition, and was just what we wanted at a very good price. My only criticism was the delivery process, hence the 4 stars. I ordered the Katarina small sideboard for our hall on 6th January with a 5 -10 day delivery. Received a message on 13th January with a delivery date of 15th. On the 14th was told the expected time it was coming, then on the 15th it was cancelled. Fortunately this didn't inconvenience me but if I'd taken the day off from work to be home I'd have been less than pleased. I contacted OOF and was told it was a mistake by the delivery company DX who had gone to the wrong warehouse address as it had recently moved premises. I contacted OOF again after not hearing anything for another week and was told the delivery should be soon. After another week I contacted OOF again to be told DX would contact me as they were now back on schedule. The sideboard eventually arrived on 3rd February. As I was not in a hurry for the item this delay didn't cause me any inconvenience, but I can see it would certainly matter to some customers. I appreciate that delivery problems are out of their control, however, if OOF could have kept me informed over the weeks it took to arrive rather than me having to contact them for updates that would have been so helpful, though OOF did apologise and responded quickly each time I enquired. It would not put me off buying from OOF again in the future as the furniture is lovely, but I'd be sure to order in good time in case of delivery delays.

Great quality furniture …
We have just received our piece of furniture ..absolutely delighted with it 😀 very well made looks lovely in our sunroom we have just purchased 4 new chairs and this goes really well ..the only reason I've give 4 stars is it's took 4 weeks to arrive and delivery date was changed 3 times but don't let that put you off( I'm just a bit impatient)the furniture is perfect ..love it one happy lady 😊 ❤️

Positives are items ordered were competitively priced and upon receipt appear to be of a good quality. What we hadn’t understood when using website was that Only Oak are distributors rather than direct suppliers. I’ve no doubt this is explained on their website so no criticism. After ordering we were informed that items would be fulfilled by 2 sellers but details of who these would be was not made clear. Consequently I received 2 text messages from 2 sources to arrange delivery. One supplier made reference to Only Oak thereby connecting the mental dots, the other didn’t- it just requested I click on a link to book a collection of unknown items from an unknown source. As there are so many online scams I will not click on links so I called Only Oak to ascertain if text was from their supplier. They needed to call me back, which they duly did the next day and reassured ok to proceed. I am supplying this feedback to try to be helpful to other customers and not to be negative regarding using this Company.

First class communication from start to finish. Ordered oak nest of tables Sunday afternoon. Informed Tuesday delivery would be Saturday, arrived as stated 9:00 am. Product well packed and in pristine condition. Would certainly recommend Only Oak from our experience

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The delivery was poorly managed, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. To make matters worse, customer support was unresponsive and failed to offer any meaningful assistance or resolution to my concerns.
This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the standard I expect from the company.
