Very fast delivery, but however the item received was the wrong size, needed for the weekend. So I tried calling the company the next day regarding the issues no answer until 2pm, no response via app nor emails. I finally got to chat with them, he said I can check if I can get it to you by Saturday which would have fixed the issue but never got back to me.

Wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering from these con artists. Paid £92-49 for 2 Auscam jackets. When they arrived, they were of poor quality, ill fitting, and nothing like the sales listing. What to do next?

Looked for a Returns Policy on their website. There isn't one. So I called them. A gentleman answered the office number and implied there was a Returns Policy and I'd just not seen it . He gave me an address and instructions about what to do. Duly returned the jackets via tracked Royal Mail postage a day later. That shows they were delivered. And then? Nothing. No refund, not even the courtesy of a reply. I'm almost £100 down, and I can't afford to be. Don't use this company.

WARNING, be careful when dealing with this company, total scam, iv emailed them a number of times, but just ignored.

Not good, I ordered a pair or trousers which were too big. I emailed twice and called to return and no response. Still waiting. Should have realised when there is no address, just an email an phone numbers. Clearly don’t give a toss judging but all the reviews. Steer well clear.

Absoulty awalful customer service! I placed an order for a pair of French army desert boots size 9 on 01/06/24, after not hearing anything other than order received I contacted them. No answer on either of the contact numbers, to their credit I did receive a call back the next day saying they had a missed call? I gave them my details and they said the boots will be with me soon? They arrived 11/06/24. The boots wear as described and really comfortable, however, I only wore these boots four times over two weekends and the sole on the right boot has literally come away from the body... i tried to contact the customer care team, ha none existant, no call back this time?left voice mails over a period of three weeks? Left numerous emails with photographic evidence of said damage, all have gone unanswered?! One of the contact numbers has now been switched off (mobile), and the land line constantly rings out to voice mail that clearly no one listens to. I wished I had looked on trust pilot first😤😤😤😡 Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a professional company, and apparently these guys are ex-soldiers - which makes it even worse.... if true🤔 Avoid this company, there are plenty of other good British company's selling the same gear out there....
I left posting this review for a wile as I was hoping they would return one of my emails or phone calls, benefit of doubt if you will...

Gas mask never arrived, scammer company. Stay away, do not buy.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Only Army. Despite placing an order for specific items, I received completely different products. The mix-up led to a lengthy and frustrating process, as it took the company four months to issue a refund only because I paid through PayPal.
Communication with their customer service was challenging, with no response to email,calls and no proactive solutions. The extended wait for a resolution significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with their service.
While I eventually received a refund, the inconvenience and time wasted in this process I would not recommend Only Army to others.
Improved quality control and any customer service at all would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
A truly dreadful company to deal with.

Never received the item I bought and the website doesn’t seem to work.
Should have checked on Trustpilot.

Made an order and it never arrived. They never picked up the phone or answered any of my voice messages or emails I've sent. I literally only made an account on here so no-one has to make the same mistake as I did shopping with them. Couldn't be a worse customer experience. Seems by reading other reviews, I'm not the only one. Opening a case on PayPal now. Hopefully then they will respond. Disgrace.

Avoid. Ordered a Nato camp bed which arrived dirty and unable to be used properly. I received a partial refund offer via PayPal as they would not answer phone or reply to messages. Clearly they knew what I was saying was correct but no explanation. Too much hassle to return it though so I have cut my losses. I hope these guys aren't really ex British army as if they are, they are a disgrace.

As has been said already, I should have checked the reviews before placing an order. Item has not arrived, they do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone, or respond to voicemail. Thankfully my order only cost £7.99 because I doubt I'll see it or item.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My order has still not arrived after nearly 4 weeks . Every email has gone unanswered and the phone number goes onto answerphone with nobody returning my calls.

UPDATE as of 06/09/2024: I never received my purchase nor my money back. I could not get anyone to speak with via phone or email.

Put an order in nearly 3 weeks ago, paid using direct bank transfer, all went through but order remained pending for 2 weeks. Tried contacting the shop constantly with no response whatsoever either by email or phone. Order suddenly changed to shipped and arrived 2 days later.

The order was WRONG! 2 items I ordered never arrived and once again cannot get hold of anybody.

Avoid this business at all costs, absolutely disgusting and pathetic excuse of a shop with 0 customer service. If I could put 0 stars I would!!!!

Tracking shows not even received by Royal Mail after est delivery date. Utterly useless. Avoid this company like the plague! A quick search shows they are poorly rated across the board. Should have looked at the many poor reviews before buying.

Ordered a U.S one man army tent to use this weekend. No confirmation given but money taken!! Absolutely no communication until PayPal messaged me to say money was being refunded..no explanation or reason. I have emailed but no response. I wish I had read the reviews of this company because had I have done I would never have Ordered. This company is as bad as the reviews say! Looking back at previous reviews the company has a tendency to blame the customer. This speaks volumes about their customer service and professionalism !!! I have had to cancel my trip as now its too late to get another tent and besides I have to wait until my money is returned.. please learn from my mistake avoid this Company there are lots of professional army surplus stores online. This is not one of them!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Would have given them 5* based on the first 2/3 items I purchased from them however last 2 orders in October were not fulfilled, had to go thro the paypal resolution procedure as they did not respond to either emails or phone calls. AVOID!! there’s plenty of other good suppliers out there.

Unfortunately I was not sent the item I ordered. I have sent emails and filled out the contact form on their website, yet have still not received any reply after 2 weeks.
